l I now know the size of my site and where my sewer is located for drainage. I can now contact an engineer for help in this problem The drain was located 9 feet from my property line which I found out thanks to Allen Surveys.
Description of Work: Boundary Survey & Elevations of my lot. He also mailed me a detailed copy of all the survey details he found. I would use him again.

Service was performed on time as agreed upon the price was very fair (surveying here is very cheap compared to other places(I see reviews on this site complaining about surveying costs, apparently people dont know what is involved in surveying and also the liabity the surveyor assumes) mybjob was performed with professionalism and done in a timely manner - Remember you get what u pay for

We agreed on a price for an Elevation Certificate and scheduled an appointment. The night before he was supposed to do the survey he called and tried to increase the price. I told him we had already agreed on a price, and his response was "just forget it". He was very unprofessional.

Called on 4/29/13 got cost estimate. Called on 5/1/13 to engage for service scheduled for 5/2/13. Sam called back and said he had a cancelation. Came to perform service 5/1 and was done in the rain.

No complaints what so ever, as I have found this to be true in FLORIDA (you get what you pay for) Mr. Allen did all tasks he was hired to do and was very professional.
Description of Work: This company performed the task that they were hired to do, and I am hiring them to do more work, as I have been informed that my house falls into a flood zone (but as per the elevation I am NOT in the flood zone), I have consulted with Mr. Allen and he is going to perform ALL of the work required by FEMA to show that my property does not fall in said flood zone. I am very pleased with the work performed and with all communication with the company also.
