Andy Young contacted me within minutes of my submitting my request on Angi. We discussed the electrical issue by text, and he gave me an estimate up front, which I appreciated. He and his son Jake fixed our kitchen light switch quickly. I have found my go-to electricians!

Just had a Transfer Switch and 50 Amp Generator hookup installed by Andy from Young Electric. They arrived promptly at the target hour and started in on the job immediately. Andy maintained a clean work area and was, to my eyes, very efficient. Major KUDOS to Andy for tolerating my hovering and numerous questions. I will recommend them to any looking for quality electrical work. Five Stars.

They came on time with all the documents I needed. I got the call the second I pushed the request button and were there at 8:00 am the next morning. It was amazing because they salvaged my home owners policy which was being dropped because of the problem.

Excellent. I called Young Electric, and owner Andy Young immediately answered. I told him that I had two bathrooms, each illuminated by a 4-ft double florescent tube fixture mounted on the ceiling. I wanted those fixtures removed and replaced with slim, 6-inch-wide LED recessed ceiling lights. I texted him photos of the existing fixtures and the type of replacement lights I wanted. I told him I wasn’t sure how many LED fixtures I needed - I was assuming four. He said typically they would use two over the vanity, one over the toilet and one over the shower. We agreed to decide when he came to do the job. He said that wouldn’t be a problem as they always bring extra. He quoted me a price per fixture which included labor and materials. I asked when he could do the job, and he offered to come the next day. I had a conflicting appointment that day so we settled on a few days later. Andy and his son Jake arrived a few minutes early for the job. We looked at each bathroom, and he said three LED fixtures would be sufficient in each room, two over the vanity and one over the shower. I was concerned about using a light over a wet place like a shower, but he said the fixtures were rated for shower use. He and Jake proceeded to do the job and finished in a few hours. I found them both to be courteous, professional and easy to talk with, and, of course, they did a great job.

Andy and his son did a magnificent job. Showed up when he said he would, have me a price for all parts and materials and finished in one day. They cleaned up after themselves, I paid him, shook hands and he left. I’ve used him many times over the years. Never a problem with permits, inspections or or other tradesmen on the job. Young Electric are licensed electricians, not handymen, you get what you pay for.

Scam. Stay Sway! He couldn’t fix a simple wiring issue for a bathroom light. He did literally nothing and charged $175. Another company came the next day and fixed the same problem in 15 mins.

I had an issue with my circuit breaker, but was able to resolve it without a visit from Andrew the proprietor of Young Electronics. It's been hard to find an electrician so I'm very happy to have found this company. They were very friendly and easy going over the phone, and helpful in resolving my issue. I definitely plan to use them in the future should any other issues arise.

I called Andrew Young because numerous bulbs , outlets and my doorbell in my home stopped working all at once.He and his son arrived precisely at the time scheduled and began working right away.They investigated a number of possible causes for the outages and found an improperly wired light switch shorted out causing the problems I had.They quickly and efficiently repaired the wiring and my problem was solved .They were very professional and worked quickly .I recommend them for electrical work.

And he was able to diagnose and accurately find the source of the problem which was quite difficult to do Very impressed with his capabilities!!

This is the best Electric company in South Florida! Andy called me the day before my appointment to help me troubleshoot the problem. He saved me from hiring an appliance service person and from buying a new washing machine. Andy and Jake are very professional, honest and very fair with their prices. Had an appointment with Andy for Wed. June 16 between noon & 3pm. Andy & Jake arrived at 12:10. They had all 3 outlets replaced in 45 minutes. Couldn't ask for better service. The guys work fast, very good & clean. No mess anywhere. They did a GREAT job & we couldn't be happier with their promptness & work quality. Would rehire them in a minute. Very happy!!!

They determined that it was not a breaker problem but an outlet that had been incorrectly installed (by someone else). They fixed that and fixed a couple of other outlets. They were awesome, fast to respond, very easy to work with and they only charged me for the service call. I will call them for any electrical issue in the future
