From the first phone call, to being available to do the work on a Saturday, to the promptness, to the care taken to keep the work area neat, we were struck by the professionalism of the Young's Electric team. We will certainly call them again when we have more work to be done.

Andy was fantastic! He was able to visit the house the next day, promptly identify the issue and solution, and get the work done during that visit. Great communication by phone and texts with pictures was much appreciated since I don't live close by. I've found the company I will call for any future problems or work.

Andy and his son arrived on time and were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They easily identified the problem and fixed the problem right away. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for any of your electric needs.

The owner Andy came on time He found the old switch box which had been covered over Once he found it he made a hole in the ceiling exactly where the box was. He put down a sheet to collect the popcorn from the ceiling installed the lamp and cleaned up.

As they were working, they occasionally came across wiring or connections that were not done properly, and not only did they fix it but they explained to me as they were working why is wasn't ideal and what they were doing differently. They were on time, professional, very thorough and neat/clean about all aspects of the job. I am already working on my next set of projects for them - highly recommend them!

My smoke detectors started chirpping at 230 am on Friday night. I used wire clippers and cut them down so I can go back to SLEEP. I called Young Electric, Inc. ( which I used previously with excellent results ) at 10:30 am on a Saturday morning. Mr. Young picked up the phone right away and scheduled an appointment in an hour! I was asked how many smoke detectors that I had. Mr. Young reviewed my address he had on file and had enough common sense to ask if my gate code had change since the last time he visited me ( it did). Mr. Young and his son showed up in fifty five minutes (equippped with the smoke detectors )and got right to work and finished the job promptly. Young Electric billed me fairly for the time worked and materials purchased on my behalf. In addition, it been raining in Delray Beach continuously since Thursday and Young Electric was benevolent enough to come out on the weekend.

We needed an electrician who could come quickly. We had just purchased a new house and had a faulty breaker switch that shorted out our family room right before Comcast was due to arrive. Young Electric was at our door less than a half hour after we called. They not only fixed the problem promptly but found a dangerous situation in our backyard which they also rectified. They were very professional and we would use them again.

This was a difficult job due to the fact that there was no attic access and no existing electrical access was available to tie into. In fact the job was viewed so difficult by a few other contractors that they suggested I consider other choices for lighting. This made me somewhat weary if I should even consider going forward with my plans for the lights. Andy however was confident he could get the job done, and did just that. The quality of his work is excellent and reflects his knowledge and experience. He and his son make a great team and I am so happy with the results. I would not hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend them!

I had a problem with an electrical outlet. I called on a Monday morning and he and his son were quick to respond. They knew exactly what my problem was and did a thorough check and had things back to normal quickly. He explained everything to me and seemed to really know what he was talking about. He and his son were very pleasant and forthcoming and I would definitely use them again.

Andy Young is the owner and operator with a state license and about 40 years experience. He quickly replaced my old panel and breakers. Thank you for a job well done. I will recommend you to my friends.

Andy and son are good guys and did exactly what I needed done. I dug about 125 feet of trench and they laid conduit and cable up to current codes to supply power and light to my small dock. They even came up with some good ideas on how to configure the lights and helped me refill the trench. They are not cheap but it's solid, quality work that I believe I can trust.

I spoke with Mr. Young and explained my concerns. He advised me about electrical load and explained that my breaker was working just as it should. He was polite, informative and put my mind at ease. A dishonest electrician could have come out and charged for a service call to tell me this -- but he did it over the phone, for free! I'm so impressed with this kind of honesty and professionalism. I will definitely call him in the future for any electrical needs we have.

We called him at 9 o'clock in the morning, and was able to show up later in the afternoon. Very nice. Couldn't be nicer. H was on time, efficient. He did a very nice job, and gave us two choices on how he could have done the job. We appreciated his communicator.

Extremely responsive and helpful. I called Andy on Friday and he managed to come by the next day. He responds to calls and emails faster than anyone I've worked with on Angie's List. Andy came by with his son Jake on time Saturday morning and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Provided good information and were really nice guys. Would definitely use again.

Andy and his son came out and replaced the front outlet and adjusted the outlet in the back of the house. Very professional. Very considerate. I asked Andy to replace a back yard flood light. Andy told me to "save my money" and NOT to replace it (who does that?). Andy went further and told me to go to Home Depot and get an upgraded "LED" floodlight and then direct me on how I can adjust the casing to position the lights to shine the beems to where I wanted.

Very rude and unprofessional company. I would never recommend them. Give the work to a business that is accommodating and appreciative.

It was wonderful! I did exactly as Andy said. He asked for the age of my home and described what outlet to look for, told me where to find it, that it would be on a sheetrock wall, the reset buttons would be red and black. I reset the outlet, and all was well. He also advised me to keep the electric cords out of the mulch and away from moisture. Told me he was happy to do this over the phone so that had more money for holiday presents! What a wonderful experience!! Jane

Young electric were amazing. They are a father and son team and couldn't have been more professional. They were friendly and and very good at what they do. They were up front about cost and how long the jobs would take. My partner and I couldn't have been more pleased with the job that they did. I would recommend them in a second and will be using them again in the future.

Sunday night we had a short in the breaker box that took out all power to our house. We called Andy at 9:00 am Monday and he and his son were here with parts by 10 am. We had all power back in our home before 5 pm! Because of our emergency, Andy did reschedule his other jobs for the day which we greatly appreciated. Young Electric was the first and only company we called because of his great reviews on Angie's List. Excellent price and above excellent work ethics. They even repaired and painted the wall from the fire damage!

They were very professional and were able to diagnose the problem. I called the night before and they came the next day in the morning. I would use them again.

Andy and his son, Jake were great. They explained what they were going to do and did it. They really knew what they were doing. I'm glad I found a reliable and competant electrical company to use. I will be calling them again for any electrical issue.

Andrew arrived on time, and proceeded to check to see if the outlet was receiving power. It was, so he took the old one out, and eplaced it with a new one. (A friend had tried to replace the old outlet for me,but did not know what he was doing, and had actually made the situation worse, blowing another wall outlet out as well). Andrew also repaired/replaced another outlet that had not worked in quite a while.
