They were very good. My overall experience with them was excellent.

Responded promptly to phone call requesting an estimate. Gave detailed explanations. Gave estimate for replacing entire panels: main and sub via phone that same afternoon. Returned two days later to complete work.

Andy arrived ten minutes ahead of schedule, which was between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. He immediately went to work, which included putting down a drop cloth and crawling up into our attic in order to connect the fan. He enlarged the opening a little to accommodate the new fan. The entire procedure took about one hour, which was what he estimated on the phone. He was very professional and friendly, and we would definitely recommend him.

They were very good, did exactly what they said they were going to do, and they were on time. It was a good service.

My homeowner's insurance required replacement of my breaker panels. I contacted Andy who promptly came to my house for a free estimate, which was very reasonable. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate mine and arrived promptly to start the work. He worked without a break from 8am to 5pm. He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and very neat. I also want to emphasize how honest he was. There were no bait and switches, extra charges, or attempts to price gouge. I will use him again without hesitation.

Andy returned my call promptly and we discussed the job. He showed up on time and went right to work and fixed all my electrical problems in a pleasant, prompt fashion and cleaned up after himself. It was a pleasure to have him in my home.

I contacted Mr. Young on Tuesday and he showed up today, Wednesday, at the promised day and time. His work was excellent, to fix my issues. I would recommend him to all, a great, great job.

The fan works great and Andrew did an excellent job. The switches are also now fully functional.

We called Andy because of his good reviews on AL. He was very responsive, gave us an estimate and informed us of when he would be available and unavailable to do the job. We did not get other estimates as we were highly impressed with Andy's professionalism. As a result we cannot rate him on price but the price seemed reasonable for the work especially the quality of the work. He came when he said he would and worked around our remodeling schedule. He was creative in working around cabinet installation and carpentry. He is always available by cell phone. He did a very professional job up to code. His lighting suggestions for the kitchen were wonderful. He does all the work?no subcontractors. We would highly recommend Andy for any electrical needs.

. I had previously called another who wanted to drill holes in my walls and rewire my electrical box for three times the amount. My water heater is working fine now , my textured walls are in tack and I still have money in my checking account. Sometimes it's not easy to be a single woman. I am glad I signed up for Angie's List.

Just purchased a Home that had a Federal Pacific Electric breaker panel. After much research and talking to Andy I had him replace the entire panel. He also added a generator panel that I had purchased from Home Depot and a whole house surge suppressor. I had him out in Janurary to get an estimate before closing then contacted him right after closing and he was able to schedule the work for two days later. He was on time and professional. I have already scheduled Andy to come out to the house to do some additional work

.Called Andrew Young to inquire about installing a dedicated circuit and outlet for a new freezer in my garage. He came the same day and on time. He had all the parts that corresponded to my existing circuit box. Since there was no available space in my circuit box, he installed a double breaker switch in the space where a single switch existed. He also installed a top quality GFCI outlet. All wires were neatly snaked behind the wall. He worked efficiently and clean. The final price was actually a little lower than he had estimated since it took him less time than he originally anticipated. He was very pleasant and professional.

Andy Young was the epitome of a professional. He showed that he is very knowledgeable about his trade, was willing to offer suggestions for improvement, and was very caring about our home. He always began by draping our furnishings with heavy drop-cloths to ensure that they were well protected, and he cleaned up after himself. Andy's work quality is exceptional, with a high degree of attention to detail and neatness, resulting in a finished job that is fantastic!! In addition to Andy's professional abilities, he is a very likeable character, easy to get along with, and he showed up on schedule every time he came to our home. You will not go wrong if you hire Andy Young to handle your electrical work.

Andrew Young showed up on time and professionally. He asked me specific questions as to what had happened with the lighting and was able to pin-point and fix the problem quickly. I was impressed with his expertise as an electrician and I plan to call him again to fix other electrical matters. I was very satisfied with his knowledge and skill as an electrician.

I needed it done before the weekend, so I called a bunch of Electric companies Thursday night. Young Electric was my forth call and the only one to answer. I explained what I needed done and asked Andy if he could do it the next morning. When he got to the house Early Friday morning he called me and said he could either cap the wires or remove the whole box on the side of the house. It would be the same fee because either would fall within his one hour service call. I asked him to remove the box because I didn't plan on getting a spa. He took photos after he removed the box and wires and sent them to me via email. I was completely satisfied with the job.

Sent Andy an E Mail he called back right away. Scheduled time for the work and everything was completed on the same day . Price was as stated. I have used Andy prior to this and every time he was prompt, professional, and the price was always as quoted and very resonable.

It all went very well. He came on a Saturday or Sunday and did not charge extra. This company came out the same day I had called them.

Showed up on Xmas eve on time and explained and answered all questions. After he left a hour later we had another electrical problem arise and he promptly came back and found the problem to be just a tripped circuit breaker. He did not charge us for coming out the second time for a problem that was a false alarm.

It was all positive and I would give him the highest ratings on all counts. He was prompt and on time. He had good customer service. He showed up and was responsible. He did the job and the price was fair for the job. I would definitely use him again in the future if needed and would recommend him too.
