It went very well, with on time and thorough service with a true professional.

The owner, Andy, was supposed to come between 9 and 10. He arrived around 9:45. Did not like the way he barked orders and talked down to his employee. Told me my ceiling was not just over 20 feet and after he measured it, it was 20.0 feet. My next estimate was supposed to come at 10:30 and he arrived at 10 while Andy was still here. Andy came up to me in a very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL manner that I was not nice to have another estimate. I explained that he the other estimate was a little early and he proceeded to tell me that I was rude. I told him that people do get more than one estimate!! He said it's not nice. I TOLD HIM TO GET OUT OF MY HOUSE. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED A BUSINESS OWNER SO UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT, AND IGNORANT IN ALL OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL EVERYONE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The instructions that came and the phone support from the manufacturer were terrible. The phone support person basically worked from a standard script over and over, and ignored all feedback about difficulty in opening the door to access the failing sensor.She actually slowed the repair rather than helping, and was arrogant about it. Logic, trial and error eventually succeeded in successful replacement

He fixed the problem in kitchen. He moved the electrical outlet to the original post and advised us on a solution for the treadmill.

We have used them a couple of times. They were very professional, clean and got the job done. He has been doing the job for a long time and he knows what he does. I feel comfortable with him. They are not cheap but they do a good job.

Andy Young and his son Jake from Young Electrics, Inc. were wonderful professionals from the start of the project until completion. Very knowledgeable and very personable. On Friday, I sent an email request via Angie's List. Mr. Young (senior) responded that same day and we scheduled to meet on Saturday morning in order for him to see the project and provide a more accurate quote. By Tuesday morning, Andy and Jake were busy working and by 1:00 pm the job was concluded. I could not be happier. The area involved was virtually spotless when they left even after opening up the wall board to accommodate the new circuit board panel. I will definitely call Young Electrics, Inc. for all of my electrical needs in the future.

I appreciate his effort to try the least expensive option first-lower wattage bulbs - before replacing transponder . He really thought about options before cing up w a solution. It's a relief to have the under counter lights Functioning. Andy was a pleasure to work with.

Andrew Young came the day we called, figured out the cause and fixed it immediately. He also had other good advice for my home.He was friendly , efficient, informative. I would definitely call him again.

We were very disappointed with our services. The main thing we needed to have done was a normal electrical outlet run from the bottom of a sliding door up to the top. When he got here, he said that it would be too difficult because of the makeup of the cinder blocks, metal, etc. of the exterior wall near the door. He did not do the work. Four days later, a different electrician did it with no problem for $100. It works perfectly. We have eight ceiling fans in our house, and opted to have three of them on high ceilings done professionally because my husband was concerned about working with the height. He hung the other five. The three that Andy did are the only three we have had problems with: one was making a grating metal on metal noise that we were able to fix, one wobbles so much and produces such a loud clicking sound that I can't be in the room with it on any setting other than low, and one functions sporadically. We called him about the wobbling, and he said that with a down rod, wobbling is to be expected and it is very hard and time consuming to correct once the fan is up. (As opposed to what, when it is still in the box?) Also, unlike the many other teams I have had in and out in the past few weeks, they did not clean up after themselves. We had to clean and vacuum up pieces of styrofoam packaging and little bits of cut wire and plastic. The service was very expensive for what we had done, and is among some of the most disappointing work so far. I realize I am in the minority of the reviewers here, but this was my experience nonetheless. I had planned to use Andy for more work once some of our other pieces came in, but after the problems we had with the services that were done, we went another way.

I was able to get a temporary and most importantly SAFE solution for the time being. I plan to work with these guys to install a new panel in the very near future, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Andy and his son, Jake, were responsive, timely, and very pleasant and helpful. Quote received by email next day. Opted to use another electrician but not due to price or service. Would certainly consider Andy again if need arises.

Another successful job recommended by Angie's List. Feels very safe using this site as one can get disappointed in choosing a reputable service provider without the knowledge to choose the right person for the task.

Andy was very professional and extremely helpful. He educated me and provided different approaches to resolving some of the less immediate issues. I would absolutely call him in the future if/when the need arises..

Andy did an outstanding job. You can see how much he cares about the quality of his work by the time he takes to make sure it is done correctly and to a high standard. He is a thorough professional and I am happy to recommend him.

The cost was $100.00 per light and I was told that was very reasonable. They were very professional and fast with the work. He had to take all of the old lights down and he got rid of all of the wiring hanging down. He removed three eight foot lights.

Some troubleshooting was needed and I had difficult schedule issues, but he worked with me and solved my problem. I like the way he works and will use him again if need be
