Repair is good. It cost more than what I had kind of expected (no prior price quote since I couldn't describe the work appropriately on the phone). I would certainly use them again.

If you?re looking for an incompetent irrigation company to work on your sprinklers, look no further, West Boca Irrigation is just the ticket. They?re representative arrived unexpectedly one afternoon despite having my contact information and I was told he was here to do my ?sprinkler tune-up?. What tune-up? I sent them jpg photos of a broken line and valve. I went over the problem with their workman and he returned from his truck with a quote of $380 to repair the broken line and replace the valve. A bit exorbitant I thought but they were here and I must have been feeling generous. While he was off to pick up a part I took a look at the broken line he was in the midst of repairing and noticed that he hadn?t bothered to sand the ends of the pipes which he had cut. Typically anyone would have sanded the butt ends of the pipe with 80 or 100 grit sandpaper in order to remove the burrs and loose bits of plastic. Anyone who had taken PVC Pipe Repair 101 or watched a You Tube video would have known to do this. Needless to say there was also a pile of dirt in the pipe. Upon completion of his work he turned on the zone in question and he was quite proud of the incredible pressure exhibited by the three heads which were now working. Only seconds later an old abandoned head which had been capped, had the cap blown off, most likely due to the unexpected pressure. As he tried to replace the cap while the head was spewing incredible amounts of water I offered to turn off the zone. ?No, I do this all the time? he exclaimed. Minutes later, ?yes, could you turn it off please?. ?What about the three heads which had been working perfectly yesterday and which now sat lifeless?, I asked. ?I did what you asked?, he said. ? I repaired the broken line and replaced the valve now I expect to be paid?. I then explained to him that the three heads were probably now clogged with dirt and plastic debris from his efforts to repair the PVC pipe. I even showed him the bits of white plastic stuck in one of the nozzles of one of the heads. He was convinced I had an ?obstruction? in one of my pipes, possibly the one beneath my sidewalk and additional cost would have to be incurred to investigate and that he was late for his next appointment. Any responsible tradesman would have removed the clogged heads and flushed the lines after working on the pipe. Concerned he would do more damage; I paid ?Chuckles? and spent the next ½ hour flushing the debris from the lines myself. I may have had a better experience with West Boca Irrigation had another of their employees come to my home, however, judging by the arrogance exhibited by the owner in my conversation with him only minutes after the clown car left, I think not.

It went very well. They are honest and efficient. But they are very busy. Took a couple of calls to get a call back but once I did they came out the next day. If your in West Boca they work mostly in that area. They come to East Boca once a week. They are great, but really busy. You may want to get a service contract with.

They were prompt, courteous, and spent about 90 minutes optimizing and repairing my irrigation system. I would happily use their services again, and recommend them unreservedly.

We moved into our home 6 months ago and have had sprinkler issues since moving in. We have spent over $2000 trying to get it repaired prior to calling West Boca Irrigation. Lou was very responsive to our call and immediately came to investigate our concerns. He was able to diagnose our issue and make the repairs with one visit. He was open to providing us all options, honest in regards to issues, cost and repairs needed. For the first time we have a sprinkler system that works beautifully. Thank you Lou!! I was impressed by Lou's professionalism. He is prompt to respond. His team shows up when they say they will. This is a rental house, so I wasn't at the house when they came, but my renter was positive about their presence. After this first issue was fixed, Lou explained the problem with the valve they found. He even told me what part to replace and what type I should buy and what type to avoid, if I could get someone out there to replace for free (a friend) so I could save on labor. When I could find anyone, I contacted him to perform the repair. His team replaced the valve with no issues. Definitely recommend this company -- they're reliable, friendly, prompt, and thorough.

Lou is amazing. We bought our house with non functioning pump and sprinklers, no idea where to start, an headache for me. Lou was at our place the day after I contacted him, he perform a quick evaluation and confirmed we needed a new pump, installed the day after for $750 including valves and timer. Once the pump was on, he could checked the system, it was broken in many points. He offered a thorough and professional evaluation, suggesting different options according to our needs. We had a new system in place with ten 360' heads for $900, he honored is estimate and the 5% Angie's coupon. He is very knowledgeable and reliable, I can definitely recommend and I'm happy to work with him in the future.

I have been using West Boca irrigation for over 16 years and am in my 3rd house with them. They are great and will take great care of your system. they are professional, provide a great service at a reasonable cost. We moved into a house and had them come out and inspect the overall system, make needed repairs, set the timer and adjust the flow on some of the sprinkler heads. They continue to do a great job in all 3 houses that we have owned and used them in the past 16 years. Highly recommended.

Not only did they repair the irrigation timer on clock, but also checked our other sprinkler heads at my request. I called them back on May 4th due to a pipe leakage outside our home ,which someone else had installed a few years ago, and they came immediately to repair the pipes. Even though it was an emergency, their fees were very reasonable, and the work impeccable!!

They stated that the existing system was in need of total replacement and did so for $650.00. It was a significant amount of work but they professionally installed the new system and added irrigation to the side yard which previously had none. I was more than pleased by the price and more than impressed by their concern and professionalism. I have only good things to say about West Boca Installation.
