Description of Work: Overall this was a positive experience. Movers arrived on time and were very professional, attentive, careful and efficient. The only negative was regarding the cost estimate. Arthur came to my residence to give an in-person quote. The quote was for 3 men/5 hours at $720 with additional time at $120/ hour. Fair enough. The actual move was completed in less than 3 hours. As I had been given an "estimate", I expected a reduction in cost from the 5-hour estimate but none was given. I called Arthur regarding this point and he told me the estimate was a flat rate, regardless of actual time used under 5 hours to complete the job. I now understand this is common practice among moving companies but I would have appreciated being told this at the time the estimate was given to allow for more accurate cost comparison's among other movers. That said, I will, and already have, referred others to this company.

Description of Work: The Fine print in my deal stated the moving time starts when the movers reaches your home. Arthur then switched it up to when the movers leave Boca raton fl. I brought this to his attention and sent a screenshot of my deal as well as the fine print and he still insisted changing the terms of my deal after I purchased the deal. I chose his company specifically because the deal stated the clock starts when they reach your home. The movers were great, professional and fast.we went 15 min over the 3 hours I paid for but the movers understood my conflict with arthur .Arthur wasn't honest in his advertising. But he was flexible with me when my closing date on my home got pushed back.

Description of Work: Moved my furniture from old condo into storage, then moved it about 2 weeks later from storage into my new condo. They kept the storage cost low, below the monthly minimum actually. They arrived ahead of schedule on both parts of the move, which was very much appreciated. Great professional job!

Description of Work: Moving services were superb. The company sent an extra crew to pack and got done in record time. Goods and furniture, including valuable antiques, were handled with care and the crew went out of their way to ensure satisfaction. Delivery next day was on schedule and more than met expectations. The company was the lowest bidder but could not have provided better service. I highly recommend this company.

I called early Sunday morning and by mid morning Eric met us at my Grandfathers in Lantana and moved all of his things to our 2 story home in Wellington. Aside from the price being more than reasonable, their professionalism, kindness, & compassion were beyond what anyone would expect. I promise you won't be disappointed!!
