The movers arrived on time and went over all the charges before hand. There were no hidden fees at the end. He supervisor submitted all of the necessary paperwork and oversaw the move itself. They were swift and careful. They handled the move, including wrapping the furniture and packing my good china, with great care and everything was in great condition when it arrived. They did the whole move in 4 hours. They were overall fantastic.

Outstanding Services and value for the money.

Move On Demand provided excellent service for our first move, moving the entire contents of our home into storage while our new home was being completed. They showed up exactly on time, and the owner of the company, Mr. Yale, came with the crew of four professional movers, to make sure everything started off smoothly. He stayed for a few hours, pleased with the progress they made. They worked throughout the day, stopping only for a short lunch break. They finished the job in 8 hours. No items appear to have beendamaged during the move. I asked that they bring down items from the second floor to the first floor that were being donated the next day, includging heavy and oversized pieces, and they complied without any issues. They were very polite and excellent to work with. All items were shrink wrapped and wrapped with pads for protection. I highly recommend Move On Demand for anyone seeking these services. They will be moving our belongings out of the stroage unit and into our new home as soon as it is ready.

It was a great experience considering the difficulties of moving.

I called and spoke to Arthur who set up an appointment to come over and give us an estimate for the move. I liked that he presented his license and insurance information up front. He also showed photos of how the furniture would be wrapped before it was moved. He gave us a price for 3 hours with 4 guys (with the option for 3 guys, if we wanted), and what the price would be for every hour after that. Arthur gave me a written estimate and we set a date. We had a 100% positive experience with this company. They arrived on time (a little early, actually), and worked quickly and efficiently. They wrapped all of our furniture and everything arrived at the house, just as it left the condo. They disassembled our beds and put them back together at the new house. The estimate I was given was for four guys doing the job, but only three showed up that morning. However, I was only charged for the three guys, so the price was just what it should have been. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, easy, professional, uneventful move.

They were rated highly on Angie's List so I chose them. They moved me from Boca Raton to Ft. Lauderdale. The guys did a good job, they were on time, friendly and did the move well. There was no problem. I did the packing, they did the moving. They did a good job.

The move went very smoothly considering all the stops and pick-ups. The crew was on time and carefully handled all items. They were efficient and courteous. It was an excellent experience. They are top notch professionals. I would definitely recommend them to others.

.Terrible. Truck too small- promised to come back- never did and refused our phone calls. Damage to furniture-never fixed. Poor placement of furniture- never fixed. You should at least know what size truck you need and not even be able to get a bike on the truck. Very poor experience.. What day I moved and why I needed to reschedule has nothing to go with the quality of the move.,You knew from the day you came to see the house contents that the things such as bicycle,File Cabinet Ladder etc were to go on the truck and you said not to worry about the boxes, they would fit on the truck. They did not, things were thrown on and I had to demand blankets to cover things which you said were included- that took 2 hours to go across the street to get. Damaged furniture remains damaged. I do not and never had unrealistic expectations of a moving experience. I have moved before, not only within the area but also from state to state and never experienced such poor service and damages. Maybe some of your satisfied customers were treated differently.

The price, quality and services provided were outstanding and exactly what was needed. Move on Demand is an outstanding company and we will not recommend him to our clients.

The move was accomplished in a timely and professional manner by three young men. Care was taken placing items on the truck. Items were placed in the new home as requested. Overall the move was quite satisfactory.

Arthur, the owner, came out, gave me an estimate on moving and bringing some items to storage. The move took place as scheduled, the movers came, they were very efficient, packed our storage items(about 50% of the move), and loaded the truck. We arrived at the new condo, they brought the items up, set up our furniture, made sure everyting was in order, and went to the storage facility to store our things. Arthur stayed during the entire move to assist, it was a difficult move as it involved elevators and a time limit in both condos. The move came in on the estimate price. Overall they did an excellent job and will use them again to move us to our new home when ready, would reccomend them highly.

Arthur came to our house to give the estimate and immediately we knew this was the mover for us. He was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable about his business. We ended up moving later than we expected and he completely accommodated us. On moving day, the crew was friendly and on time. Arthur also showed up to supervise and help, which in my opinion was top notch. It is not often that the owner comes out during the job. Due to a miscalculation, we ended up needing a second truck, which Arthur immediately got for us (and did not charge us for). The crew took great care in securing our belongings safely and did an outstanding job (and it was a tough one). Arthur was also at the new house to make sure that everything went as planned. I was concerned about moving being very stressful and it was the exact opposite with Move On Demand. The actual move was easy and very relaxing and I would recommend this company to everyone I know. They went above and beyond. Excellent!!!

Three movers, instead of the four we expected, arrived 15 minutes late. The fourth mover arrived one hour later. They were competent, courteous, attentive, professional and efficient. They got the job done quickly, reflecting great attention to detail, without any damage to our furniture or contents. We were more than satisfied, recommend them hightly, but were surprised that the bill did not reflect the hour with three, instead of four movers.

My experience with Move on Demand was outstanding. At first they didn't come in the cheapest but I got 3 bids from other movers on Angie's List and Arthur matched the cheapest bid. Arthur kept in touch as the move date approached and the morning of the move they arrived on time with a very professional crew. Nothing was damaged or broken and the move went quicker than we expected. I would give Move on Demand an A+

Went very well. Their price was substantially lower than the other estimate I received. It actually ended up being slightly less than my previous office move 6 years ago. Very satisfied.

Move on Demand has very professional employees, who deliver excellent service. They were on time, courteous, and never stopped working. Their estimate was right on, they placed furniture exactly where I wanted it placed in the condo I was moving into, and did anything I asked them to do. I can be "picky" but I have no reason to fault them during this move. They are the best I have ever seen, and I have moved internationally as well as between various states in the United States during the past 40 years. My advice: Use them. You won't be disappointed in any way.

Great! This company is impressive! I called Move On Demand and Arthur, the owner, answered the phone. I requested an estimate for moving the "contents only" of our 4 bedroom home asap. He was able to come out the next day. When he arrived he found I was very unprepared to move within the next 10 days...and counting! He was very easy to talk to and listened to all my concerns! He offered packers to assist me with packing, and reassured me that everything would be okay. He was very confident and reassuring. The following week, two packers came and were there for approx. 4 hours to complete all packing. They were very fast, and very systematic. The next day, three men arrived at 8:00 a.m. and did not stop (except for lunch) until 9:00p.m. They moved it ALL, including a very full garage! They disassembled all the beds, including two bunk beds that were very difficult. I think Arthur did not plan (time-wise) on having difficulty with the bunk beds, but he did not change his estimate for the move! These guys worked HARD! The home that we were moving into had a two-tier staircase, with the majority of our belongings going up them... including a treadmill and elliptical machine. I would also like to mention Arthur, the Owner, was there doing the move! Very Impressive! He came the day they packed us, and was there the whole day they moved us! Our family has moved two times prior to this with major companys and it was not a good experience(C or D grade). I would recommend this company to the most organized person, or to the less than organized family. Lastly, I would like to add...my daughter really needed something that was packed and felt she could not live without it for a day. When I asked Josh, the Lead packer, he remembered which box...and saved the day! I know moving is difficult, but this company has earned their slogan..."MOVING MADE EASY"

I cannot say enough how pleased I was that used them for my move. I found them from Angie's list. What I like is you know who you are dealing with. Arthur not only came out for the estimate but came and stayed for the move. He and his men are very nice and professional. They took great care with all my belongings and I could see how cautious they were in packing and handling everything. And my house has 3 stories so it was not an easy move. This is a temporary home for us so I plan to use them again in a few months when we move again.

Over the years we have moved way to many times! This was the BEST MOVE EVER!!!! Very professional, on time, under budget, courteous and everything arrived in Miramar exactly as it left West Palm Beach!!! Overall went great from start to finish. From the first moment I met Arthur, I was immediately comfortable. He and his team were courteous, professional and friendly. I even had to change the date of my move because I closed on my new house a day late and he somehow accomodated me even though it was in between the holiday. I was more than appreciative! They were right on time, worked quickly to load and then unload the truck and put everything exactly where I had asked. Everything was in perfect condition except for one small table that Arthur took care of getting fixed, no problem. I would highly recommend this company if you want the least amount of stress with your move! I had enough stress with the bank and the closing on my new house! I have a friend that is in contract with buying a new house and I am definitely going to recommend Move On Demand!

There were 3 men who did the heavy work and Joe, who supervised. They arrived early, and were efficient and careful. It was a damp day, so they covered the floor and carpet with drop cloths. They wrapped quilted padding around my furniture and mattress/box springs to protect them. They had to take apart the sleigh bed and re-assemble it in the new house, and it was done perfectly. I was pleased with the entire experience.

The 2 packers were industrious, capable and personable young men who finished the packing in about 5 hours, doing everything except the clothing and some personal items. The dismantling of one large dresser was expertly performed the next day along with the removal of a large cornice, about 10 feet long. The van was packed that day as well and took 4 equally capable,polite and strong young men who were a pleasure to deal with. The owner, Mr.Yale was there all 9 hours that the move consumed and actively participated and supervised. Though there was a transportation glitch that incurred a delay in the move I was not charged for that even though a secondary pickup at a storage location was involved. All the furniture was placed in the new location exactly as we requested . So far about 70% ot the items have been unpacked and the only breakage we have found was one small juice glass. Truly a professional job.

Arthur met with me and discussed the move. We arranged to have two men come and pack everything! I've got a very busy schedule this time of year and his packers did a terrific job labeling everything. The move in day was smooth. Honestly i couldnt be there myself. I really didnt need to be. In my new "home" they arranged the boxes in the areas that they would normally go...Arthur and his crew couldnt have been nicer ( i was able to meet with them for about 20 minutes on the day of the move. When they packed i wasnt even there. Moving can be stressful. Arthur and his crew should put their de-stress magic in a bottle. I wouldnt hesitate to call on them again or refer them to friends. I feel like a made a friend in Arthur. He's a gentleman and so are the crew he works with. Thanks and thank you Angie's list.
