They were uniformed, courteous, and on time, careful with the items and not to scratch the walkways and pathways of the condo common areas. Excellent and professional services.
I thought the price a little high to take those 2 items a total of about a mile. But the service was great.

How did this go overall?? By far the best moving experience I have ever had. This is definitely not the cheapest mover on the block, but they are by far the best. These guys are total professionals, plus friendly, punctual, willing to do whatever to get the job done. Plus, they seem to have an eye for where furniture should be.
So, the details. They (5 men, 2 trucks and a trailer)arrived, as quoted, on time with clean trucks and a full staff. They just got right to work. They wrapped EVERYTHING. Nothing dinged or bumped. They had a system for moving each piece from giant beds to small boxes. They are so efficient and so fast.
It took 81/2 hours total. Everything was in place. They walked through with me for a final walk through.
I could not be happier. I would write more,but not much to tell other than, you need to hire these guys if you want your furniture moved right.

Expensive and I got what I paid for. This is the best moving experience I have ever had. Nothing was damaged. The packer and the movers were extremely careful of doors, walls, and all of my belongings. Everyone from this company was professional, polite, and experienced. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I can not recommend Arthur and his team strongly enough. I am in the process of getting a divorce and needed to move very quickly and on very short notice. Arthur moved his schedule around and provided me with one of his top movers so that I felt secure. He not only showed professionalism but also compassion. I must have been the most unorganized move in the history of moves. I had nothing packed because of the situation. Arthur's team came in, helped me get organized and protected my belongings. They where packed quickly and professionally Nothing broke in the process. His men where professional and honest. They could have easily taken belongings and they did not. I give Arthur and his team a A+++++++. Look no further if you want a quality company.

The owner, Arthur Yale, came out to my home and provided me the quote using a very professional and low pressure approach. He gave me a minimum and maximum price, estimating the job to be about 8-10 hours. Incidentally, I did get a quote from another highly rated Angie's List mover, who quoted a price to me that was $1,000 higher than Arthur's quote. I felt comfortable with Arthur and gave him the job on the spot.
His moving crew was very professional and courteous. There was a project manager assigned to the job, so I had one person to go to with special instructions and he made sure his team followed my wishes. The crew was very pleasant and despite the work being very strenuous and time consuming, they seemed to enjoy their work and each other's company. All of that combined together made for a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Move On Demand.
Finally, I have to highlight that when the job ran well past the estimated time frame (it took about 13 hours), Arthur honored his pricing quote to me without hesitation. Arthur is the type of guy that when he gives his word, you can count on it. Unfortunately, those people are few and far between in today's world. If you need to move, use Arthur and Move On Demand, you won't regret it.

We made the correct choice in selecting Move On Demand for our move. I initially spoke with Arthur who was very informative and did an excellent job setting expectations. I immediately felt that the estimate was straight forward, transparent and professional.

Wonderful. This company alone makes it worth it to join Angie's List. We ALL know about the nightmares with movers and I saw over 70 A's and had to try them out. They accomodated me, showed up with 1 extra person to make the move quicker, and squeezed me in on less than 24 hours notice. Arthur was a pleasure to deal with and I was so delighted I am referring him to some realtors that I know to use their services.

They were excellent. Arthur came to our house to give us an estimate, and photographed all of the furniture that was to be moved. Arthur told me that they would take care of packaging the artwork, and to simply leave those pieces on the walls. We set up a date, and that was it. The day before the move, I called to advise Arthur that we would need wardrobes for our clothing.
The men arrived at about 9 in the morning, while we were still boxing up the last of our possessions. They helped us pack the remaining items, and had the truck loaded and ready to go by 12:30. Now keep in mind that this is not a small house, at well over 3600 sf under air, and it was full of furniture and artwork (including pool and patio furniture).
The move went smoothly, and the men helped us move some large sofas, beds, and tables that had been left with the house. We had many fragile items, and not a thing was damaged. The workmen were friendly and professional, and were willing to do extra work that we requested.
We were very happy with the service and would highly recommend this company.

They broke a rather large glass topped outdoor table taking it out of the moving van at my new home. They left alot of glass in the driveway and did not replace the glass top. Eventually they stopped returning my phone calls.

"It took you almost 2 years to write this report. We moved you on 9/2/11. Do you really think that Move on Demand would not return you phone calls , from a company that has with an “A” rating from more than 100 Angie’s List members? We always return calls!!! We have returned your calls and explained that YES, we did break the glass table, but apparently you were not in a hurry to replace the table. As an option we gave you credit on your final bill in lieu of replacing the table, by not charging you for the true total hours worked on you job. You gave us a “C” for the price. When you signed the estimate you knew exactly how much it was going to cost. Why the “C” then? You gave us a “D” for punctually, we arrived at your home 30 minutes before we were to start the job! You gave us a “D”: for quality? Until the glass broke you were a most happy customer, and we were totally professional all through your move. I am sorry that after two years, you didn’t realize that you really did get a quality, timely and professional move. Arthur Yale"

Moving team did a great careful job NO DAMAGE and everything went like clock work. we had lots of little stuff at the end which i think Arthur should have anticipated but I really cant complain because it was a "lot of stuff". They were so willing to do virtually anything like move bedrooms once set up when I figured the furniture was in the wrong room. Its always stressful but they did good!!!

The men showed up on time and expertly wrapped and moved my belongings. The move ran a lot longer than expected because the amount of belongings didn't fit very well in my new home. They were great in making everything fit. They put together my furniture successfully considering the items in storage had been taken apart by a different mover! They figured it all out and never complained. I was so impressed at how hard they worked. Always polite and professional. No damages - Great experience. Thank you Arthur!

Absolutely outstanding! Very professional, helpful and concientious. If anybody could make moving fun, it is these guys! They move quickly and delicately. Nothing was brokern or lost. they were patient when we tried furniture in different locations. They worked very hard to make sure we were happy and we are. the hourly rate worked well for us as we had so much to move. Right on schedul 6 wonderful guys, 2 trucks and a trailer showed up.

Arthur has a stellar crew! They were very professional, polite and quick. I paid for 3 guys with a minimum of 5 hrs. and a maximum of 7. I was sure with all that I needed to move , a 3 bedrooms house plus an office it would take 7-8 hrs.
On moving day, 7 guys showed up and they move into the new 3 BR + house in 4.5 hrs and that was including the lunch I bought them.
I was very pleased with how the job was performed. If you don't choose "Move on the go" you will be taking a chance.

I have moved ( 11 ) times in my professional career, so I know a good moving company versus a poor moving company! My friend used Move On Demand for her move, as she read about them on Angie's List in 2012. From my initial contact with Arthur Yale, the move was a big success. The estimate turned out to be the actual cost, which is so unheard of with many moving companies. For our move, we hired ( 4 ) persons and a Truck. Move On Demand showed up 2 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival time, and a new truck and a trailer just in case they had made a mistake in estimating the volume of our contents. The Truck was very clean, the men were extremely polite, and very professional. The men quickly went into our home, and wrapped almost every item we had with plastic, and taped the items so they would not touch on another during the move. The truck was packed very tightly, so that items could not shift. When the men arrived at the new house, they came in with their moving blankets, and wrapped any areas that could be bumped or scratched. The guys were incredible when carrying the heavy stuff up our stairs. I will move ( 1 ) more time in my lifetime, I will certainly contact Arthur Yale, of Move On Demand to hire his professional company again. In the meantime, I will mention to all my friends how pleased I was with Move On Demand!

I had a great experience starting when the owner Arthur and lead mover Eduardo came for an in person estimate. They were professional and offered a good estimate.
On moving day, Eduardo and his team of two others showed up promptly and packaged our furniture with care and efficiency. No furniture was damaged and they finished within their estimate.
I have moved many times, and I have not had a better moving experience. I highly recommend Move On Demand for anyone needing moving services.

They were terrific. They came over to see our house/things and gave us an estimate that they stuck to. They went above and beyond - packing our wall hangings, bringing 6 wardrobe boxes so we didn't need to take things off hangers, assembling our beds/crib in new home. No damage. They just did what they said they would do.

Amazing moving experience:) We sold our house in Boynton Beach and had to find and move into a rental in Jupiter within a short time frame. I looked on Angie's list and saw the wonderful reviews for Move on Demand and set up appts for them and a couple of other moving companies for estimates. After we met Arthur, we canceled the other appts, because we felt very confident that this was the right moving company for us. We spoke with Arthur several times before the move and he was always very responsive, and personally dropped off boxes as needed before the moving day. The day before the move, Eduardo came over to pack up the kitchen and a few other items. The day of the move, Eduardo and his team came early and worked incredibly hard, making sure every piece of furniture was wrapped very well. They were extremely efficient and personable and worked on our move for 12 hours that day, unpacking the wardrobes at our new house. Nothing was damaged in the move due to their careful work.
Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Move on Demand. You hear horror stories about movers and I am so glad we went with Move on Demand.

The salesman was very professional. They came on time. The moving crew was professional, polite, and did a great job wrapping the breakables. A word to the wise: Pay them to pack the whole house. I would highly recommend them. Their quote was the highest of three but it was money well spent.
