The co was so cheap they didn’t own or rent the proper equipment to remove the floors. They used hand tools & an electric saw. The subcontractors were hard working & produced a good looking product. Two MAJOR problems. 1. The used the wrong mortar for the floor according to the manufacturer. $13,000 and I’m not sure how using the wrong product will impact our new floors. 2. With no discussion or itemized bill they increased our bill $2000. Home Depot increased the bill with no signed change order. (Every change even small changed with the kitchen contract I sign a change order before any changes are made to my bill.). Nothing made sense. When I disputed they reduced it to $1000. They did no “floor prep”. I filed a detailed complaint with Asst Mgr of store 0270 on Nov 2, 2017 delineating our issues. I called Customer Services on Nov 8 and twice on Nov 10th asking to Speak to a Manager. I was promised a call back after lunch on Nov 10. It is now Nov 15th. How often have they pulled this stunt? My advice avoid doing business with Home Depot flooring. You will get no help from Home Depot.
Description of Work: We had 1325 sq ft of glued engineered hardwood & 6” by 24” porclain wood look tile installed as part of a kitchen renovation. This is the national headquarters that does the flooring for Home Depot. Our location is Gainesville, FL.

Horrible. Terrible service, bad attitude and borderline criminal activity.
Description of Work: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We paid to have our carpets installed @ Home Depot and they use this company. I live across the country and arranged for them to pick up the key from the office to do the job. They were told explicitly that they needed to return the key after they were done the same day. They kept the key for a whole week and told me they were too busy to drop it off. These people are shady as h***. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau and here.
