+ 0 moreProvides excellent cell phone service. My niece purchased a plan for me. I was sp happy with the personal contact and service that my son switched his service to them. 'I once had a problem with making a double payment. I emailed Christopher Ronzo, he contacted me immediately and helped solve the problem. In all my dealings with him he has been personal, courteous and professional.

+ -1 moreThis company has provided excellent service and excellent customer service. Even with some technical difficulties they were quick to take care of the challenges. With any emails or calls I get an immediate response. The price is great and competitive. I would reccomend this phone service to anyone but especially anyone looking to leave the bigger companies where you are just a number.

+ -1 moreAs far as my experience, everything from start to finish was on time and professional. Easy to set up the adapter (which connects directly to the router). You don't need a computer, which I was happy about because I only have a laptop. I work from home so the basic plan was more economical for my needs. I have and will continue to recommend Urban Telecom
Description of Work: I was paying close to $60 for home phone service with AT&T. Representative from Urban Telecom contacted me about their plans and level of support. For only $22.99 I was able to switch my service along with many features. There is a one-time phone adapter cost of $29.99 but Urban Telecom refunds $19.99 after 90-days of service. Once they mailed the adapter, I received simple instructions of how to set it up, included voicemail. I have saved so much money with Urban Telecom and I am very happy with their support.
