Description of Work: I tried to get them to come out to look for a rat, but it took them forever to return call. When they finally did, he set a time range to come the next day, but I asked him to come at the early end. When the time range was nearly over and he had not appeared, I cancelled the call. He didn't seem to care in the least. In fact that was the impression I had all along was he didn't really want the job.
