They were good, reliable, professional and on time but their prices were not good. I will not use them again in the future.

Sam has replaced light switches on 2 separate occasions and has also repaired a pocket door. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable prices. Plan to hire again.

Sam showed up on time. I have used him before and would definitely use him again. He is extremely good at being a handyman and helping with diverse things in the house. I had some cabinets that needed to be repaired and he was able to do that. He hung some pictures for me and did it perfectly and in a very short time. Also helped me put out some devices to get rid of ants all around the outside of my house. I would highly recommend him as being extremely reliable, has fair prices, and is very proficient at whatever he does. I will definitely call him again.

Sam is great. This is the second time we hired him to work on our rental villa. I called him and described the problem as my tenant reported it to me (not much to go on, just that a ceiling fan no longer worked)He explained his prices and said he would call our tenant and set up the appointment. He took it from there. He even purchased the new fan. The next day I got an email, first from my tenant saying how please she was. Next from Sam with his invoice for his services. His price matched his estimate. He is very professional and reliable. His prices are very reasonable. He will be the first person we call the next time we need to hire a handyman!

Every time I called and left a message, he called back promptly. He showed up promptly and explained everything upfront. He gave an estimate and that was the final price. They service was good and he knew what the was doing. They are one of the best contractors I have used.

I was pleased with what I paid. I think he is very good. I would use him again.

Complained about everything he had to do. Had a bad attitude and over charged for thye amount of time he was here. I would never recommend him.

Sam, was responsible in performing all the household repairs requested. Professional manner at all times. Will use again and recommend to others.

Sam made an appointment to survey the work involved and then took the screens back with him to perform the work needed at his location. He returned the following week to replace them. From beginning to end, he was prompt and professional. Unfortunately, replacing the screens turned out to be much more of a hassle than anticipated, because the the tracks were uneven. Sam did his utmost to get them in place and went over and above the call of duty, spending much time and effort, making many adjustments along the way. He had incredible patience and I know that he did the best that could be done under the circumstances. He also replaced a faulty outlet, which went smoothly. In my estimation, most servicemen wouldn't have put the kind of time and effort as Sam did. He is a honest man who seems to love what he does and it shows in his work.

It went very well. Sam followed up prior to coming to property. We went through the city/county code prior to install. Did all of the install including having to chip into concrete wall to make installation complete.

Evidently knowledgeable based on the repairs done properly.

I called this company and left a message on his machine. It was over two weeks later that he called. By that time I had already found someone to do the work I needed done. I guess this guy doesn't need new customers.

Mr. Stockhamer did a great job. There are some service providers in south Florida who say they will be at your house at 9:00 AM, and they end up showing up at 3:00 PM in the afternoon. Not Mr. Stockhamer. He was there when he said he would be there. The price was fair. Mr. Stockhamer also took the time after the job was completed to advise me on a more serious project that I am needing done at my home. Although he did not perform this specialized area of work, he did consult with me on how to best communicate with the new service provider I will be working with and what to look out for. For those of us who are not carpenters and home repairmen, Mr. Stockhamer does a very good job at putting everything in laymans terms, in simple english, so you can understand what he is talking about. I would recommend that you give Sam a try, he is an honest hard working individual.

The person with the company came on time and he was very friendly. He did a great job with the ceiling fan.

He has been here several times and is excellent. He didn't charge anything. He said it is something he should have taken care of before and that there was no charge. He is very reliable, honest and he has a sense of responsibility. Now a days you can hardly find someone like that. The trouble is he is only one man and he has got a lot of people so when you call up you don't get service the same day or the next day. You have to wait your turn. He is very good. I will use him again in the future.

Each time Sam has been to our home he has been punctual and pleasant. He is always reasonable when it comes to price and offers advice.

Overall, I would have to say that it went well. Again though, make sure the owner is there to supervise if you have any work done. His crew failed to impress.

Sam is everything the other reviewers wrote about. The screens in my patio were blown out by heavy rain. I called Sam and explained the problem. He asked for the size of the screens and quoted a price range. A few days later he called again with a date. He arrived, looked at my screen and decided they could be reused. He explained to me the problem wasn't the screen, but the spline used when the screens were cut. He reused the screens with a larger spline. Right there I was impressed, as I hate seeing good material going to waste. Sam impressed me by reusing material I had already had available (the screens) and by diagnosing the problem (splines were too thin). Sam is also a great all-around guy. We kept talking while he was fixing the screens, swapping stories about our corporate lives (his previous life as a "corporate man" and my current one). I had the chance to see Sam doing each inch of the job, as he was applying a "fatter" spline to my patio. It was clear he cared about doing the job right. He explained to me why he was choosing such and such spline, why the previous why failed and so on He went beyond the screens that were blown out and checked the screens that held. He decided they would fail a larger storm and fixed them on the spot. Overall a great experience. Pretty close to have a older, trustworthy relative walking you through solving the problem step by step.I would recommend Sam without any restriction.

Sam arrived when he said he was going to and worked until the job was complete. He installed a doggie door in our screen enclosure, replaced 5 ripped screen panels, those darn lawn maintenance guys, and patched and painted the 3" holes in our wall. His work is excellent and he cleaned up after he was done. Excellent handyman, look forward to using him in the future. Thank you Angie's List!!!!! Thank you Sam. :-)

Our first day went very professional. The second day was amazing. He stayed until the job was complete and even called back the next day to recommend others to help us with the rest of our project. He stands behind his work and will not leave you with a project in limbo. He really cared about us, our schedule and the finished work he completed for us. We have never met a nicer fellow and welcome him back soon for more projects we have on-going. If you need someone in this area to help you with almost any job, you should call on Sam, he is fantastic!!!

Sam called to say he might be a little late and then arrived at said time. Appeared very knowledgeable. His price I thought was fair for a handyman/electrician at $65 per hour plus parts. He says he doesn't make any extra money on parts. Overall, I thought he was great, knowledgeable, punctual, trustworthy and I would call him again.
