+ -1 moreThe agent proposed a listing agreement that was forever binding on me, the owner, and basically, allowed him to do whatever he wanted, including nothing. I told him I would not sign such an open ended agreement, and he would not agree to any contract modifications. BUYER BEWARE!
Description of Work: Listing a property for rent, search for tenants and renting out the property.
