Excellent service and worth the price! They were highly professional and even offered up proof of insurance if I needed it. Yes, they charge a little more than some other companies that I called, but they also do more for the price than the other companies. Every very single component was cleaned and checked and then the whole thing was tested before he left. We have a 2-story house and Derrek climbed up onto the roof and cleaned out the roof air vent, which was apparently not done (or not done well) by a different company, based on the buildup. Highly recommend!

The technician was excellent and wore a mask and booties. and was polite , organized and did excellent work. I needed my dryer vent cleaned which was in pretty good shape. It was the exterior exhaust that simply needed a minor adjustment. Derrick, the tech, explained the issue and was kind, and proficient.

Excellent service done by knowledgable, pleasant people. He found a belt that had fallen off and explained how it could be fixed. I was very impressed.

The technician immediately identified the problem as a clogged roof vent. He climbed onto the roof and cleared the vent. He tested the dryer to ensure that the vent had cleared. He worked cleanly and efficiently. He didn't do anything extraneous.

Personal attention from the owner of this small company. He answered the phone and took time to listen and discuss the problem. The technician worked with me until we were satisfied that the dryer was venting well. Perhaps a little more expensive, but a very satisfactory experience.

Matt went beyond the basic cleaning and repaired the improper installation of a brand new dryer purchased last month. In addition, he fixed a problem causing excessive noise when in operation. Very pleased.
