TOP NOTCH! My experience with Blind Brokers ~. I called Blind Brokers and gave a very short urgent notification to schedule a consultation, in which they went out of their way just to fit me in. They made me feel like I was important to them, not just a number. When I went to the showroom, it perfectly displayed a variety of window treatments which helped me to visualize how they would look. They had the best-quality blinds, curtains (and shades!) with so many options The staff?s knowledge of window treatments was outstanding. They were very straight forward and helped me figure out the most appropriate window treatment to suit my needs and gave me options that actually saved me money! Wow, that was a very rare occurrence for me to experience! The combination of good humor, knowledge and expert installation made this vastly superior to my experience with the other blind company who did my original blinds. In my opinion, they were neither as expert nor as proficient. I recommend Blind Brokers to anyone looking for an excellent price with individualized customer service and personal attention to go to Blind Brokers. It's worth it to go with experts--particularly for something as critical as blinds. Both, Rona and Curt were amazingly helpful to me! To sum it up my order was completed quickly and the measurements/installation was seamless. I had an excellent experience with Blind Brokers and will go back when I purchase my next home!

We were completely blown away with every aspect of dealing with the Blind Broker. The service was absolutely top shelf from start to finish. It couldn't have been easier to handle and I was treated in the most professional way possible. We would certainly recommend Blind Broker to EVERYONE I know and will be first in line when I need blinds again I had wanted a blind that would cut down afternoon sun glare but be able to see outside. I checked online with numerous blind companies and decided on the Blind Broker, which had had exactly what I was looking for ~ the price, selection and service was outstanding. And it was easy for us to customize with a variety of samples to choose from. I received the window treatment in less than two weeks from the initial order. The install was quick and easy and they all look amazing. You cannot beat the Blind Broker. I was 100% satisfied. The quality of materials, craftsmanship and installation was top notch!

They came out and told me they were beyond repair and quoted me $1064 for one new blind. I decided to call the manufacturer, Horizon, at this point and double check with them, Horizon informed me that not only were the blinds able to be fixed but they were under warranty and would be fixed for free if I could ship them back. I then called The Blind Brokers back and conferenced them in with the manufacturer and they still insisted the blinds were beyond repair until Horizon chimed in. They were caught lying and promptly hung up on both of us. I proceeded to coordinate with Horizon who gave me names of other contractors in the are. I found an excellent supplier in Lori Gill Designs who not only helped coordinate my blinds getting repaired but they did it for free. I will never use The Blind Broker again and I do not appreciate their dishonesty.
