Description of Work: The water pipes were put in before the concrete plate was laid. The problem was that the pipes run under that and one of the pipes was leaking. They had to come in with a big machine to cut a hole in the concrete plate. They were off my about 3 feet and one of the guys had to crawl down under and solder the pipes. Everything works out well. They also changed and a couple hot water tanks.
