About 2 years ago, he also remodeled our guest bathroom and he did a great job. He is both professional and responsive. He stands by his work and is very trustworthy. I highly recommend him both for smaller and larger jobs. He is also a green plumber.

The service was excellent. Mr. Terrano came over the night before to temporarily stop the leak and determine what needed to be done. The job was completed the next day. It was done when he said it would be and at the price quoted the night before. He not only came over twice but because it was more involved and more things needed to be fixed I was suprised he did not charge me for this. He cleaned up after the job and made sure we tested everything before we left. He took pride in his work and my wife and I were very pleased.

Everything was perfect! Terrano Plumbing was extraordinarily responsive and answered my numerous questions quickly and thoroughly. After "shopping around", their price was the lowest. They took care of every aspect of the project by obtaining the permit and coordinating the electrician. On the day of installation, everything worked like clockwork! Terrano Plumbing was professional and I will happily use them again!

I attempted to hire him in December, called him constantly to try to receive an estimate and he would give me all kinds of excuses- thanked me for being patient. I finally got a number in February and it was three times what I ended up paying with another provider, who did an outstanding job. Ross was at my home twice in that two month span, and when we finally got the estimate over a week after his second visit, I was shocked at the rate, even worse he didn't give me a starting date with the estimate so it is likely that I could have still been waiting now for that work to be completed. I guess if it's just a plumbing job- that's fine. He told me he does remodeling and it ended up being a big job. He said there was not enough room for recessed lights in my family room. The group I hired put in 6 recess lights & said there was plenty of room. Everything is done. Just upset that it took him 5-6 weeks for an estimate and slowed down my whole project.

The service was very good. Because I live in a condominium, he had to get a permit to install it and that was $150. He also had to get a pan to go under it because the other pan is no good that was for $75 and another $75 for something. So, I paid $300 above the Angie’s List Big Deal cost. They were very good, professional, and did not make a mess. I would not hesitate to have them again.

Ross answered the phone (a live person!) on a Saturday afternoon, the day before Easter. He came out that same afternoon to address a water leak from the water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, neat, timely, courteous, and takes pride in the work he does. He was able to make the adjustments to fit a new standard into an old standard size slot, which was smaller. Ross is very patient and wants to do what is right for the customer. I have plans to hire Terrano Plumbing again for some other jobs that need to be addressed in the near future. I would recommend Terrano Plumbing to anyone.

you always need a plumber when something terribly wrong. they were punctual, came at once and did good work. the price was much higher than others, but i would have had to wait till the next day.

These guys were great ! I am very particular about companies phoning me back and giving me all of the information. Ross called me three times after he left just to keep me updated on what was happening with the other company and to talk to me after the other company did call and make the Tuesday appointment. Ken Kanter from American Leak came on Tuesday and informed me about keeping the plastic mats on carpeting that we use in our house under our work chairs. The mats trap moisture ! That is bad. So after the 150.00 to Ross and 150.00 to Ken we have a happy house and they have a very happy customer. BTW...Ross called again after Ken from American Leak left to talk to me. GREAT customer service !!! GREAT guys...GREAT service !!! Thank You so much.

Mr. Terrano pleasant and professional. The work was to allow drainage of second-story deck; i felt it was extremely expensive.

Terrano plumbing provides old school service at fair prices. In the evening of 10/10/14, my wife noticed water coming from the water heater. At about 8:30 PM, I tried to contact Home Depot because they offered same day installation if purchased before noon. I was going to get it set up for the next day. Called three different phone numbers on the website. Went through the menu three times and got no answer. Called the plumbing department at my local store. They couldn't help me. Transferred me to the service desk. Phone rang over 30 times, no one answered so I hung up. I called back in the morning and finally got ahold of a human. I was quoted $278 for a Rheem water heater and $562 to install for a total of $840. I told them I would get back to them. I found Terrano Plumbing on Angie's List. The were rated really well and they were offering a water heater and installation for $625. I figured that was going to be a teaser rate, but I would give it a shot. I contacted Terrano Plumbing about the special. They said yes, they would be glad to install a new water heater for $625. They stated that it was Saturday and that they only work until noon. He stated he had to check and see if he had a tech that could do it and would call me back within an hour. 58 minutes later, he called and stated that he would do it himself, he just had a couple of calls he had to do. He told me that he did not have the right size Rheem that I wanted in stock, but they did have an State in stock. I told him that I really wanted a Rheem. He told me if I called Home Depot and pay for it, he would pick it up, deliver it and install it. Talk about going above and beyond for a customer. I told him the one in stock would be fine. I really didn't want to deal with Home Depot at this point. He stated he would be at my house around 2:30 PM. He was running late and called me. Wow, a contractor that actually keeps the customer informed. He showed up a little later and got the job done quickly and efficiently. No BS, no jerking me around and did the work as quoted. Pretty much the way it should be in life. If you need a water heater or any type of plumbing, do not hesitate to contact Terrano Plumbing. They are professional, efficient, fair and they do what they promise with no drama. I also saved $215. They have my business for life if I ever have any plumbing issues in the future.

It has been three weeks and the shower handle is working great. I would jhighly recommend this company

Called at 4PM on a Wednesday and they showed up by 9:30AM on Thursday. Gave an upfront price quote based on the work and finished quickly. I did not price compare, but it seemed reasonable for the work done.

It was successful but more expensive than charged by other companies.

Excellent. They were friendly, they solved the problem, asked how we'd heard of them and when we said Angie's List, they gave us a $25 discount on the spot. They also gave us an estimate on the phone when we told them the nature of the problem, and they stuck to it.

It could not have gone better! 1. Punctual 2. Trustworthy 3. Through 4. Friendly 5. Professional 6. QUALITY 7. CLEAN!!!! I was not left with any construction mess.

Terrano was extremely responsive and prompt in their handling of these emergency repairs. Ross Terrano, the owner, was personally involved and consultative in detecting and repairing the leaks. Sean, the plumber, was wonderful and very responsible in searching for the leak and being minimally disruptive in repairing it. Although the pricing may have been on the high side, the immediate response and professional were well worth it

It was not a good experience. I was charged $165. The owner actually came in and said we have a hole in the drain which was not true. It turned out that the toilet had to be remounted. They came the day I called them. Their responsiveness was good. I will not use them again.

We called them in the afternoon and they came out the next day to fix the issue. They were on time and fixed the issue in a short time frame.

The gentleman went above and beyond what I would think a normal plumber business owner would do. He scheduled the job for me. When he didn't come at the time, he would call and tell me that and he followed through. Then the person that was supposed to come could not make it, so he came out and did it himself. I would highly recommend him. I chose him off Angie's List and he was A rated on Angie's List. He is one of the best business owners I've ever dealt with.

Ross was excellent. Everythink he did was with the minimum about of mess and when he was finished with the job, you can hardly tell where the work was done. He was reliable, neat, and extremely considerate.

If you need plumbing services you can not do better than Terrano Plumbing. I had a leak and called them early in the morning and they said they would come at approximately noon. The time was good for me. Ross Terrano called me at 11:30 to tell me that the scheduled technician was running late. He assured that if the tech could not be at my home by 2 PM he would come. He came and fixed my leak. I appreciated his effort to keep me in the loop. He did a great job and when I need a pluming company I will call Terrano Plumbing.

I was very happy with the service. Owner gave me a time window that they could come in and also called to let me know when they were on their way as I had requested. Work was done as promised and they were very professional. I was given a full explanation of the leak and toilet problems and it was obvious that they were extremely competent. For any future plumbing problems this is the company I will use!

It was a fair estimate and good work. The customer was satisfied. They were professional, courteous and competent. They left the place clean like they found it. He was good.
