Terra did a wonderful job on my back yard. It was a mess and now it's a resort! Javier came out and went over the job which involved some extra work to remove old pavers and broken old concrete pads. His estimate was professional and detailed. It stated the exact specifications of the job right down to the quantity of filler sand they needed to level the area. I knew what I was buying. No guess work. That's what earned Javier my business. I'd received quotes from 2 other companies that were not detailed or said something like: " X square ft Paver near pool...." Not precise like Terra's quote. Javier also took the time to show me several options on the pavers so we got the look we wanted. The installation was quick and neat. The patio looks great AND THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS! No debris or trash was left on my property! Hire these guys!

They were excellent from start to finish. Jeanette and Javier helped us every step of the way with clear communication and direction. We had delays due to our HOA and our City permits but we persevered and the job is complete. We could not be happier with the results.

What a GREAT job they did in putting in my patio. Javier showed up to quote on time with a very competitive price the next day. Jeanette in the office got me the required HOA documents the same day; my property Manager, who's tough, commented how complete and perfect their Tax and Insurance documents were…evidently very unusual for this kind of vendor. The crew showed up as scheduled and worked very efficiently…everyone knew what to do and no one sat around waiting for instructions. They did a great job, cleaned up and I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

January 31st, 2017 I received an estimate for pressure cleaning and sealing my paver driveway. Javier was most helpful in answering all of my questions and his patience won me over (his estimate was tied with another company's). He told me that once we have decided to move forward to call Jeanette to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Jeanette and an appointment was made for February 10th. She advised that she would call the night before with a expected arrival time and someone would call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. February 9th and 10th came with no phone call. Around 1:30 in the afternoon, I called Jeanette to find out when someone would be coming. She informed me that the crew encountered a problem this morning and would not be able to make it. I politely told her that a simple phone call would have been proper, as I had taken a day off from work. She said, "they were busy and I don't know what else to say". She attempted to reschedule, but I told her that this experience has made me skeptical about doing business with their company. We ended up going with Picture Perfect Pressure Cleaning (who quoted us the same price and used the same product). We are very happy with the results.

It took a long delay to get the pavers ordered. When they arrived, the new pavers were slightly smaller than the existing pavers and would not look right next to the existing driveway. We called the company and Javier came right over. After looking at the situation, Javier agreed to remove the existing pavers from our walkway, use them for the driveway and use the new pavers for the walkway. He charged us an agreed upon increase for the extra labor. The driveway and walkway both look great and we were very happy with the result.

I contacted Terra Tiles & Pavers via AL for an estimate to install travertine pavers, didn't hear back from them. Then I tried again 5 days later, never heard back from them again. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I emailed them one more time. After two weeks of trying, they replied that they will schedule it for "next week", when next week ? that's the enigma. Even if they don't want to do the job, a quick response would be the right way to go so that I could have moved on to a new contractor. Very frustrating.

Javier is the most professional, reliable, experienced contractor that I have ever encountered. His integrity is beyond reproach. Javier supplied me with a professional contract and competitive quote of the work to be performed. His friendly, compassionate nature makes him exceed any expectation you might have. His foreman on the job as well as his workers are exceptional!! If you want the job done right and want a positive experience, use Terra Tiles and Pavers. There just aren't enough words to glorify this amazing company.

It went perfect! Javier Baptista, the owner of the company was extremely professional and honest. Explained in details the work to be done. He treated us with the outmost respect. He came highly recommended by two other neighbors. I'm very happy with the completed job. Another resident in our community just called for his phone number.

My best experience with a contractor so far. The work was, without question, exceptional. Responsiveness, punctuality and communication were excellent. It was a far cry from the average contractor experience. I am a persnickety client and I had 0 items on my punch list after the work was done. I would say it exceeded my expectations.

Excellent! I had received 6 separate quotes for my paver and pool project and Javier and he team were close to being the best price. I ultimately chose his company based on responsiveness and being the most upfront in terms of the actual work needed. He went above a beyond his quote and the men doing the actual work were professional and finished quicker than projected. If you are in need of paver, pool, or general maintenance I would recommend Terra Tiles.

They gave me an estimate and came when they said they would come out to. They did an almost perfect job. There were some spots missed on the sealant. However, as true professionals (and a member of BBB) they came out again and made everything great. I’ll defiantly will use them again in a few years.

These guys are a GEM. Javier is a great guy to deal with (He returns phone calls, which these days is a rare occurrence). They ALWAYS showed up on time and as promised. The work they did was done quickly and professionally. The end product looks spectacular. The trucking company that supplied the pavers cracked a piece of our driveway when the dropped the palates of pavers but Javier had his people there to fix it immediately. I had a broken sprinkler line that they took the time to fix for me at no additional cost. I don't recommend a lot of people but would not hesitate with these guys. Thank you for a job well done.

There were delays in beginning due to it being holiday season, & tile shipment got delayed but Javier Baptista kept us informed. Once they got started, work was completed in a few days! They did a great job & many of my neighbors have already asked for Javier's number!

Javier, the owner, was professional and delivered both the pavers/materials and labor on time. In fact, he committed to having the job done so we could enjoy our patio for our new year's party and delivered!! His crew was courteous and accommodating to our requests. They did a great job and will be returning to do additional improvements to our patio.

I did not like his work and replaced him in the middle of the job. Because of the legal loopholes and mounting legal fees I was forced to settle his lawsuit with a significant loss.

Good experience working with this company. I was not sure exactly which paver/color we would go with. However, I was able to get a quote quickly and was given a few options depending on which paver we decided to go with. A couple emails were sent with questions and they were immediately answered. Moving forward, we scheduled the job on a certain date. They showed up and on time. Did the work as promised and we were impressed with how it all turned out. The installers left a small pitch for water to flow away from the home and they were also able to deal with obstructions.

I would use them again. They were good.

I have been renovating my home for over a year and have seen many trades arrive to our home. In all truth, Terra Tiles and Pavers have been the easiest company to deal with throughout this entire year journey. I wish our contractor was as organized as Javier. Javier arrive to our home promptly and I could immediately tell that he knew what he was talking about with the installation of this large circular driveway with Travertine and understood my concern with having a large SUV and cracking. He recommended doing a upgrade with a footer all around the perimeter of the driveway...we agreed that was the right way to go. He had no problem that I purchased the Travertine through another company, with my back yard pool deck material so that they matched shades. I pulled my own permit for the job and Javier let me know when to call for an inspection, which was all approved promptly. I was under a time crunch and he was able to meet my expectations with timing. In fact, we were delayed a couple days, due to all our afternoon rain, so he brought a large crew out on Saturday to complete the job. Very impressed by Javier and office staff on their communication and their working with my irrigation company who had to drop sleeves in the middle of the job. They actually spoke to one another, which is rare I'm finding. Javier, please feel free to have potential customers drive by our home to see the finished work. Thanks again!!

Javier and his crew did excellent work in an efficient and professional way.Everything was done as Javier said it would be.My contract also included a small patio extension to be built for my neighbor .They to are very pleased with Javier's work .The crew worked extremely hard and completed both patios in one day. The quality of the work is outstanding and the price very reasonable .I live in a new community with extensive use of pavers and there is no comparison between the sloppy installations done by the developer's contractor and the work Javier's crew does.It makes me want to have the pavers that were installed by the builder removed and have Javier's crew redo everything.Down the road if my pavers do need to be replaced Javier would be the first and only person I would call.Javier is very responsive and will always get back to you quickly if he is unavailable when you call him.
