Description of Work: Travertine patio. The overall result is nice but mistakes were pointed out and not remedied right away. If five things needed attention. Three would get done. The owner was responsive. The office staff is friendly. The workers are friendly and when they were here they worked hard. | |There was a lot miscommunication or no communication as to when workers would actually show up. | |In the end we still had a couple of minor things to fix ourselves that they had already said were resolved. | |Be present and pay attention to detail.

Description of Work: Re-leveled pool deck pavers. | |This assessment is contingent of their fulfillment of the 3 yr warranty; it's only been a month.

Description of Work: Terra Pavers, cleaned out and laid pavers in a courtyard area between my garage and exterior wall. It made such a big difference. The guys cleaned up, were extremely polite and worked fast. No sitting around. It was a great experience. The office person was great in getting everything scheduled. So absolutely no complaints. Its a pleasure when companies have pride in their work!

Description of Work: Repaired pavers in driveway and entrance walkway that had been dislodged by tree roots. In addition, laid pavers for an additional walkway on the side of the house. I was very impressed with the workers skills and work ethic - arrived early and didn't stop until the job was completed. Very satisfied with the completed project.

Description of Work: Terra did an excellent job repairing existing pavers which had become crooked, sunken and no longer level, etc. Removed, leveled & replaced a pool-side area of pavers about 10' x 15' in about 2-3 hours. Excellent job, highly recommend.

Description of Work: Reset loose pavers and installed a new section of bricks as an extension to the patio. Very good job

Description of Work: Reset the pavers on my pool deck, approximate area 8' x 20', came out great. They also reset misc. pavers on walkway (no charge). Easy to work with, prompt and efficient.

Description of Work: We have five types of pavers surrounding our house, pool, driveway and terraces. We needed some repair work of cracked tiles, power washing and resealing. Josh, the rep who does the intial estimates, knew about all the tile types, what was available on the market, what was doable and what was not. The repairs were excellent and the cleaning and re-sealing went smooothly. Jeanette, the scheduling rep, kept us informed of the schedule for the three visits, which had to be worked around weather and our out of town trips. She was terrific.
