No one wants a mold problem, right? It’s scary and dangerous etc. But if you do find yourself in this predicament, there is only one company to contact. SUNSHINE MOLD PROS. I can’t say enough good and positive things. They were over and started immediately after we called. Nisan, the President explained every detail precisely… really educated us on the entire process, what to expect etc. everything was exactly as he said. They were fast, clean, reliable. The disruption was minimal. The air quality inspection was perfect at the end. Nisan was easy to contact and always, ALWAYS, available. Also the cost was very competitive. Hopefully we’ll never need his services again, but I will be recommending Sunshine Pro Mold to anyone needing mold removal and remediation. Absolutely the best!

The whole process went smooth, company performed the work in a timely manner from the initial consultation thru clearance! Great communication and very responsive! I previously requested other quotes but the one performed by Nisan was the one that provided a more reasonable approach! Very good company to deal with. They were on time every single time.

They provided a quick estimate to me. Great estimate. Excellent, engaging communication.
Description of Work: We have mold in our bottom kitchen cabinets. We're hoping that we can remediate the mold without demolishing the entire kitchen. It appears to be isolated in a general. Also there is a small extension to the adjacent wall where there is mold at the base of the wall (behind the baseboard).
