Good people at the top and on-site. Work â replace ceiling fan with another one â was done well and at the best price I could find anywhere.

The worker dropped and broke one of the panels when he was on the ladder. He glued the broken part of the panel together. This caused the panel to be uneven at the top and the broken glued part is noticeable. All the videos I reviewed suggested that this job will take 2 people. I agreed to pay a second person $35 an hour. No applause or compensation from Steve B for damaging the panel. I paid the full price for the installation.

I was not fond of the exorbitant period of time it took to complete the work. Even though the rain interfered, there were non-rain days in between that the work could have taken place and was not.

A very skilled handyman. Knows what he's doing. I would highly recommend this group of very professional people to handle any job and will be using their services again.

Great job replacing the subfloor in our mobile home. Competent, professional, and punctual. Howard and his resources were a pleasure to work, very well managed company!

I suppose you all were luckier than me. He came to see exactly what I wanted in the old apartment and wanted the same thing in my new apartment (reinforcing closet racks). Said he could do it and sent someone else to do it. A job that was previously done in two hours, took him six hours. Outrageous! Anyway, a little over a week later all the shelves came tumbling down. Upon informing him. His response was that he could fix it with $200 upfront plus whatever else his time would require. Or say, another six hours more. This man is as crooked as they come. All he cares about collecting money, not so much about earning that money with integrity and responsibility. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from him unless you wish to pay twice for the same job!

They're professional and experienced. Prompt, courteous easy to deal with I found they're rates fair. They did a perfect job.

Expensive for what done; however, personable and available in a crunch. Should have worked out specifics on the scope or have been clear on hourly rate at the start of projects. Both at fault on this account.
