Installed 2 toilets, a vanity, vinyl plank flooring in 2 bathrooms. Work was done very efficiently by Sean who was able to meet all our needs. The proprietor of the business kept me informed and visited the site several times. We would recommend this service in the future and look forward to using them as needed.

He sent Jordan who took the doors off the fridge moved it out of the kitchen. Put the doors back on and loaded the fridge on his truck. He then returned the fridge to Brandsmart for me. Did a nice job.

Craig the worker who came was very professional and efficient. Kept the area very clean and work was done as expected. This included carpentry and drywall. Will use them again

I have a very small linen closet, that I did not want to spend a lot of money on. Howard at Steve B the handyman sent one of his guys ( Max ) to install shelves. Max installed the shelves quickly and professionally. THANKS GUYS!!

The company from Best Buy couldnâ t remove the old dishwasher. Asked us to remove floor tiles first. Howard removed the old dishwater and installed the new one without removing the tiles., which saved us a lot of time and money.

Howard and his crew are the best qualified and performs high marking service and work skills that I've seen in South Florida in decades. They do the job right, no redos, they listen TO YOUR needs and are very pleasant to work with. Quality work at a fair price!! What more could you ask for? Steve B handyman real namw Howard Schwartz cheated me. When Steve B real name is Howard Schwartz, I should have known to stay away from this charlatan. He seems to be a nice guy but ...... . I hired him to hàng pendant lights, do small electrical work, and install 8 faucets. Total price $1,417. I gave $1,000 deposit. He was Ok at pendants. The GFI he installed doesnt work. His man had no idea how to do it. He installed a double gang blue box so badly. He bútchered the wall and the box was not solid and wobbly. the outlets dont work. He installed 3 faucets. All 3 drains leaked because He did not use plumbers putty nor any sealer to install the drain. The cold faucet handle on the left when it should be on the right. All work had to be redone by a plumber. I requested a refund of $300 as according to our contract He did not earn $1,000. He refused so I guess I need to sue him.

I hired these people to install a set of attic steps. Not only did the ruin the first set trying to install it, they took 5 days to do it, and then tried to charge me for installing them twice and a second set of steps. They were also hired at the same time to install azek on my fascia boards and repair my soffits . This was a, at max, 5-day job. They started on February 7th and to this day, March 24, 2022 they are still not finished. They got stucco on my windows, window screens, the front and side of my house, in my pool, on the pool coping, all over the patio furniture and the patio, as well as our stainless table and the covers to our grills. I have made them aware of this and they have done nothing It has been 5 days since I have heard from them and they are not responding to text messages asking when this job will be completed and cleaned up I WOULD NEVER HAVE THESE PEOPLE TO MY HOME AGAIN, EVEN IF THE WORK WAS FREE. reply to his answer: Everything in his reply to this complaint is an outright lie. Easy to maintain contact with Howard. He replaced multiple patio screens, new lock for screen enclosure. Repaired towel rod pulled from wall, fix lattice fence. The day of the repairs was pouring rain & he & his helper stayed till all the work was finished.
