This has to be the worst customer service I have ever had . they cam out to replace the rollers on my sliding glass doors. They charge me 550$ It took him almost 7 hours to complete the task. i called back because the frame was coming apart . I had to wait for over a week so it could fit into there schedule. when I called for the third time for the same problem I was told there would be a charge . this door now has to be replaced due to the damage the caused to the frame. I requested a refund and I would eat the cost of replacement but now they will not answer my calls or return my text. I WOULD NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY >
