Terrible. He required $3,800 upfront for materials because he was going to start "that day", he took the money and didnt return for two days. His crew consisted of two guys which was not what was agreed upon, he agreed to work through the weekend to reach the agreed upon deadline but then took the entire weekend off and didn't show up to the site until 2:30pm on Monday only to leave at 5pm. He refused to install the ceiling first which is the standard practice, he only ever had about 15 sheets of drywall in the house at a time to work with. His work was horrible, code calls for screws every 8" and he would have boards that had screws every 4 feet, boards had the screws all the way through them so they were not being held on, he was repurposing studs to frame out doors which were completely lob sided. Everytime an issue came up he lied about it, he was fired a week into the job after showing up for only five days, he claimed he was owed money for labor because he had a five man crew there 8 hours everyday when he only ever had 2 guys there for at the most 6 hours. After being fired he informed us that he was going to put a lien on the house for money owed.
