Dear customer: 3 workers, including the one typing, worked for 10 long hours in a house without AC and with 80F degrees outside, removing piles of dust and debris typical of an after-construction project. We did litterally EVERYTHING to make you happy and went several extra miles pursuing that. The fact that we are getting straight F's in every area such as: punctuality, even though we were early; responsiveness, even though I always replied to your calls and texts (something that you stopped doing when it was time to pay); indicates me that this review was created out of an impulse rather than with a fair judgement. I worked on your house out of good faith because you said you really needed it and you promised to pay after the job was concluded. And yes, I did showed up at 10 to collect my hard earned money because, as I mentioned, you stopped answering my calls/texts when it was time to pay, not even to complain that it was what you considered a "horrible job", so I did not know what was going on. Coincidentally, I came to find out it was a "horrible job" only when I showed up to your door. With all due respect, I highly believe the problem does not lie on us. Dear customer, this is not a hobby, this a job with which we do a living for the family. Thank you for your business.
