They broke all of my pavers and didn't rake back the rocks that they put next to the fence. The first time they finished the job it was way too slippery. My dog couldn't even walk on it. They came out and redid the job. After 5 months, the patio started chipping. I sent pictures and Neal said he "would give me a heads up the next time he is in Coral Springs." The next time I sent him a picture, he didn't even respond. I haven't heard from anything from him since.

Quality of work looks great, I'm hopeful it will last as anticipated. Attention to detail was overlooked. Following are a few observations after job completed. 1) Skimmer cover should of been painted to match new colors. Was left untouched. 2) Bottom rails of screen enclosure have a paint on numerous spots. They should have removed. 3) Pieces of debris left on finished product. They put clear coat/sealer on top. Now there are numerous spots that can be seen with sealer over debris. 4) General clean up after they was poor. Paint chip pieces from grinding left everywhere. 5) They cleaned bucket with left over cement in grass. They then left cement to harden. I had to go out with a hammer & shovel a break this up. 6) Cement drippings in many areas at bottom of pool when troweling. Had to go in pool with putty knife & remove. 7) Last & certainly the biggest concern; The patio had several layers of old paint that needed to be removed by grinding. The pool should of been covered. I spent collectively 6 hours cleaning the pool over the next few days. Could not be vacuumed initially because of all the big paint chips at the bottom of pool. Had to use a pool leaf rake to scoop as many pieces of paint chips. Vacuumed pool 7 times & cleaned carbon & pump filter after each time. Had to replace the pool filter as many small pieces of paint chip cannot be removed from filter. Defaced pool leaf rake scrapping the bottom of pool getting as much debris as possible. After $100.00 for new filter & leaf rake as well as 6 hours of my time. I can enjoy my new patio. For these reasons I would not use this Company again & or refer to anyone.
