Red Brush staff was very professional and right on time. They performed work at my home where we had a flooding issue. I am very pleased with the work done. I feel the price was good also. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Initially, they failed to show up for the first appointment. After contacting them again, they showed up on time and did the work quickly, efficiently and with professionalism. The original problem was due to an equipment malfunction (broken cell phone). The owner stopped by and apologized for the problem. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The day that the project was to be done Miguel did not show up at the time we had arranged. After waiting an hour, my husband called him and was told that he was completing another project. He apologized and thanked my husband for calling and they arranged for an arrival time that same day. Miguel and Luis arrived as agreed to begin our project. It was determined that the drywall was not damaged as we had believed so that; only the removal of damaged plaster and re-plastering, priming, and painting was needed. This would save us time and additional charges so we were delighted. It was also determined that the molding on the wall should also be replaced. Luis stayed and did the removal and re-plastering while Miguel went to the store for new molding. Luis and Miguel worked together to complete the replacement of molding and left. The handymen were polite and responded to our suggestions which I appreciated. Miguel returned the next week to sand and prime the wall for painting. Despite the delay in beginning our project, we were happy with the outcome of the work the Miguel and Luis did for us.

I am updating this original ratings because the owner continues to harass me. The owner yelled at me one time. I later found out that he was offering money to other members to change the ratings and I do not think this is fair. He asked me to give him an A. I gave him an A on another report and he continues to still call me and harass me. UPDATED MAY 2, 2012: I used this company back in February on the new home I purchased. I originally gave the company a "B" rating- a though they deserved a "D- F" due to me having to run back and forth to Home Depot 13 times due to the handyman giving me wrong measurements. The work was not the best but it was acceptable for the time being. The owner Gent, was upset about the B and kept calling me. After intense, intense, intense negotiations, I finally agreed to give Gent 1 more chance. He sent out Mike Orlando. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional and treated the home like his own. He was a great buffer and agent between myself and Gent. I will defiantly use this company again-specifically Mike Orlando. Thank you Gent for finally getting it right! UPDATED MAY 19, 2012: Excellent! Red Brush definitely deserves a "A" this time. Mike Orlando was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and caring. Can't wait to want to use his service again.

When we moved into our house we hired Red Brush to do all the repairs in the house. They were referred to us by a neighbor. They gave us an estimate immediately and were able to start the job right away. They showed up everyday on time and cleaned up very well after the job was done. Their crew did everything that the manager/estimator indicated on the proposal. We were very satisfied with their work.

This company did provided to me an accurate and detailed estimate for all the services within the day that they showed up at the house and finished all the work in time as highlighted on the estimate. The crew did show up every day on time and were very professional.They also filled cracks and masked around windows and doors. Everything was clean and neat when the job was finished. We are thankful to our neighbor that refereed this company to us and will definitely use them on the near future for the exterior painting as well. .
