Rainbow Gutters

Good price and very nice people. Had some glitches but were fixed promptly. One glitch came back, and they didnt show up fast like they did when fixed first two problems. So I got impatient and emailed/called fussing about it. Office person responded, apologetic and eager to make right. They are overwhelmed during HURRICANE season as expected with any business dealing with water drainage (plus now COVID) and customers just need to be PATIENT if you wait to have this kind of thing done during the worst time of the year!

Rainbow Gutters Team provided very detailed and thorough cleaning in my house. My gutters and counters looks like new. I appreciate their hard work and would use them again.

Initial installment went very well. Installers were profession. When I was on vacation on August 5, I received a phone call from a resident stating that the gutter on the right side of the building had pulled away. He sent me a picture that I then sent to Rainbow Gutters. After they came and fixed it i received a call telling me that "as a courtesy" they fixed it but there were leaves in it and I should have leaf guards put up. I had a company come out for a price and was told there no leaves. I called the office on September 12 and told the story. The woman that called back was angry at me and said a manager would call or come out. So far nothing. I have sent 2 emails since and no response. This is a dangerous situation as our stairs are constantly wet and our residents are elderly. There are so many companies to choose from so its a shame that I may have picked the wrong one. Customers should not have to feel this way..

I have used Rainbow Gutters in 2016 and I was pretty pleased with their work, however I called 2 weeks ago and left a message as requested with a detailed description of the work I needed done . I informed them that I was a repeat customer and now needed gutters in the rear of my home approximately 20 feet in length. I never heard back. I have a rule, I don't chase any company for their business because these guys are a dime a dozen down here . I'm not ****** but more so disappointed in their lack of professionalism. If it was too small a job they could have given me the courtesy of a call saying so.

Arrived promptly and completed service in about 3.5 hours. Also shimmed gutters and replaced a splash guard and installed another. Kept us abreast of everything he was doing as work progressed. At completion he told us that the gutters were pretty clean to begin with and that our roof tiles were in great shape. He seemed appreciative that we were interested in maintaining our gutters as opposed to so jobs where he arrived to find gutters in deplorable condition.

I got several quotes from local companies and Rainbow Gutters provide the most reasonable charges and the professional fix the problem to the extend beyond my expectation and the customer service is awesome!

Job was done ok. Not according to agreed. Responses were highly unprofessional and discourteous . Called repeatedly to get an invoice and correct wrong downspouts. Never got a call. Then got a very aggressive letter from what appeared to be an uninformed owner- putting a lot of faith in an unprofessional office manager . I was so taken aback by the experience I would never ever recommend. I just renovated a whole home and have not taken the time to write a single review- but this one is a must. Gutters still not correct.

They did a great job and were on time

The estimator, Jeff, was very thorough and professional. The estimate came in higher than other bids, but they came recommended by a friend and I was impressed so far so I thought I'd give them a shot. Once scheduled, they did have to reschedule a couple of times, but they were very communicative and responsive. The installers were on-time and did a good job. I would definitely recommend.

Great, on-time, work with one slight glitch. Company immediately remedied.

When I called about an estimate someone came out with a few days, left me an estimae on the porch as I was not home with two different options and pirces and their business card to call and discuss with him.. Easily reached them discussed the different approaches and selected what I wanted, making them aware of the one day of thw week I was availablee. Winthin less tthan 2 weeks they came on theday they said they would, at thet ime they said and finsihed the job with two hours, were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The gutters look great!

The salesman that responded to our appointment was Scott. He measured what we had and suggested we add gutters over our garage to eliminate a downspout coming down directly in front of the garage wall, directing water down the driveway. He explained that installing a gutter over the garage and wrapping it around the corner would place the downspout on the side of the garage, out of view, therefore making the front of the house more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Aha, we agreed.....it does look so much better! He also noted that we had a new roof and that the newer roofs now have larger tiles and extend out further than the older roofs. His suggestion was to give thought to a 7and quot; gutter instead of the 6and quot; gutter we were replacing. He felt this would better fit the roof and fully accommodate heavy rainfalls. He provided quotes for both gutters and told us the choice was ours, but it was his job to offer both types of gutters. We listened to his expertise and opted for the 7and quot; gutters. We are happy we did.....after being through several torrential downpours, we can see how these gutters have proved to be the best choice. Thank you Scott for being so informative and for taking the time to answer our questions. The installers were prompt, and did a fine job. Scott dropped by himself to look at a concern I had about the gutters, and quickly did a couple of touch-ups to put my much picky mind at ease. It was a pleasure to work with Rainbow Gutters....and after our installation, I noticed their trucks in 2 other locations in our development. I would certainly recommend this company again. They were recommended to us by our screen enclosure contractor, and I'm glad we took his recommendation.

Excellent! Mike and his assistant are great workers! They are fast, professional, and know exactly what to do and how to do it. The price was best out of two quotes we received. The office personnel and everyone in this company is very professional and excellent with their customers. We just purchased the home and so far this was the best money we spent and the nicest people we have worked with. My sister used them approximately 7 years ago and she never had a problem with the gutters. They still look new!

Their service was average. They had to come back a few times to fix a few things. The last time they did work was in November and they still have one outstanding thing they have to finish. We have not had a chance to schedule because of re scheduling issues. However, the gutters they installed have not fallen down and they were the cheapest bid we received.

My review may be a bit confusing so I will elaborate on why. The job listed was performed fine, the problem was with the person that came out to give me an estimate, during that time we discussed the cost of an additional downspout if need at a later date in the event the existing would not handle the waterflow and I was quoted an amount to which I decided would be reasonable if needed. At a later date I decided to move the downspout , not install a new one (meaning no material cost, just labor) and was quoted three times the amount. Was told they have to many big house jobs and can't send someone out for what they quoted me initially. I asked that they come out anyway and look at some additional work to add to that and was told they would but ten days later still no sign of the sales rep, no response. Moral of the story, if you plan on getting something done at a later date, have them put the quote in writing. I was willing to pay what they wanted, just asked for what they offered me initially, more so an explanation as to why i was not told of the and quot;service feeand quot; and also wanted to add additional gutter work to the job but apparently when it rains it pours and they have to many and quot;BIG HOUSES, BIG JOBSand quot; to take care of instead of an existing client.

Everyone involved was pleasant and punctual. The amount of time the job took didn't seem to justify price and ndash;felt overcharged. But then again, running a business in this country can be quite expensive. My only advice, when dealing with these kind of services, is to check for simple solutions before you call the professionals.

On time...professional...did the contracted-for work and everything looks great.

They were excellent. I don't remember how much it cost, but it was really a good deal. They seemed to be confident in their work, and in the quality of their work.

They did the job, but I think it could have been done a bit better. I have to call them back to have them come back out to do something they shoudl have originally done.

He was very nice. Even though this project wasn't possible, he gave me other suggestions. He came out right away; that was perfect. I will absolutely consider him in the future.
