Excellent Service

The company came on-site to prepare their quote - the deck REALLY needed a cleaning! We called to set up an appointment, and Patty was very accommodating. Even though they were booked solid, they said they would try to get us in on 11/3. As it turned out, they arrived bright and early on 11/4. The technician did a fabulous job - he even cleaned inside a large storage bin on the deck. We highly recommend Pressure Cleaning by Potter. The company also provides painting services, and we plan to ask them for an interior paint job quote in the near future.

Two employees came out to the house to complete the work. They were both very professional and friendly. The roof had not been cleaned since 2000 when it was installed. I had a bad experience with a "handyman" pressure washer in the past with my previous roof and was VERY hesitant to get the current roof cleaned. They did a fantastic job! The roof looks great and they cleaned up all of the leaves that came off the roof onto the bushes, patio, etc. I would hire them again and certainly recommend them. They also pressure cleaned a neighbors house up the street and they were also very pleased with the results so I took a leap of faith and Pressure Cleaning by Potter do my roof as well am and happy that I did.

Joe Potter made an appointment for the cleaning approximately 2-3 weeks ahead of time. The crew arrived on that morning and performed the work. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have used them for this service, and the results were great, as usual. I also asked if they recommended painting the roof to slow down accumulation of mildew. Joe Potter recommended against it, noting it would not be that useful until the roof was older. Since this could have been incremental business for him, I appreciated his honest advice.

Started work at the scheduled time. The roof was very mildewed and required a lot of work. They did a great job restoring the roof to its white color. They were very polite and cleaned up around the house when they were done. I will use them again to clean and seal paver driveway and patio.

Did a great job. They were busy, so I had to wait a few months, but they did a great job. They were on time, courteous and professional.

Bad experience with this company. I was gone for a week and the company claimed they had completed the work. The driveway had not been done properly and it seemed as though there were not enough coats applied. The pool area was completed properly. The company refused to redo or reapply a coat on the driveway and was disrespectful about the entire experience. Company required more money for reparation of initial services. After his work, a roof leak occurred. I cannot prove that it was due to his neglegence, however I have had considerable damage to the home due to this leak.

They were very detail-oriented and punctual (something that seems to be very rare in south Florida). I was also very impressed by their professionalism. Truly one of the BEST teams I've ever had at my house. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future for interior painting and paver maintenance. You will not be disappointed.
