I had called several other waterproofing companies. None called back, none showed up. I thought that the problem I was having had to do with a potential foundation leak. Frank, the estimator told me that he thought that the problem was coming from old rubber seals on the windows. He told me that the job I wanted him to do was probably not the problem and that it was much more expensive to do than what he thought the problem was. I had 8 very large window that had rummer seals that had shrunk over the years and was letting water into the walls and then the house. He felt that we should try the window seals first and then see. Since they wee the only company to respond I was kind of stuck. He gave me an estimate which frankly, I thought was a lot of money but had no choice. The description of what was to be done seemed like it should be quick. I gave them the job and decided that I would watch the men work when they came. I was wrong, I think they priced the job correctly. I was extremely impressed with how the men worked. They were detailed, careful and had extreme pride in what they were doing. Gabriel, seemed to be the lead man and was almost an artist in resealing the windows. They should appreciate him as an employee and company representative. I would have given him a tip if I weren't so cheap. I hope the work fixes my problem and do believe it will. If it doesn't, it is not because of the work they did because they did a great job.

I added crown molding, new baseboards and solid doors to my home. Prachel handled all the painting. They finished the doors at their shop off-site; then delivered them so that the carpenter could install them. The finish on the doors was beautiful. The trim work was professionally completed and the painters were very careful in the house. They also painted the walls. If you have a large project, you can trust Prachel to do a good job and stand behind their work. I plan on using them on future projects.
