All the reviews are accurate. This guy is great!! I was considering another vendor before I checked the reviews on Angie's List. The other vendor did quote me a lower price but this is a clear case of "you get what you pay for". My bathtub didn't look this good when it was new. I wish I had called Cassio sooner.

Cassio did a great job. My parents' shower stall was in great need of resurfacing. The building is an older one and had never been resurfaced before. It was a bit more challenging and took longer than expected, but he worked very efficiently and neatly. My parents were extremely pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. His rating is A and there's a very good reason for that. Thank you, Cassio!

It went very nicely, he was on time, he also called before he showed up. It took him a little over two hours and the tub looks very good. He also gave me a print out on what not to do so I do not damage it. It looks brand new. He was professional, neat, and cleaned up after himself.

cassio was on time and sooo adjusting. He is the man of his words, and the work he did is commendable. Very hardworking and took care of minor details aswell or i can say he is perfectionist. He cleaned everything before he left.

Great Service at a great price. Came on time. and turned our old green 60's bathtub into a new white tub. Also refinished various colored built in accessories to White as well. Cassio was very professional to deal with and every thing looks great!

Extremely pleased with the work from this company. I called on a Sunday to leave a message but was really surprised and pleased to have reached the owner of the company. He was very pleasant and explained everything to me regarding his services and prices. We set an apt for a few days later. Cassio showed up right on time, which is rare for any contractor. He called exactly 1/2 before he came out, exactly as he said he would do. He was totally professional, removing his shoes before heading upstairs to do the work. Lots of nice professional touches like this. He finished the work right on time and I couldn't believe it when I saw the tub. It looks better than brand new. Only time will tell how well this will hold up but Cassio warranties his work for 5 years and expects people to get closer to 10 from his refinish work. I'll be very happy with 5. He left paperwork regarding warranty information, no hidden fees, very polite and we have a new tub. Highly recommend!

When I first called him, he explained what he was going to do and the price. We agreed and he came on time to the appointment, explained everything and at the end gave me a warranty.

Cosmetically, it looked good. However, something apparently went wrong with the glazing material that was applied. It simply would not dry out, not even after 6 weeks. So, 5-6 weeks after the job was performed I complained twice by phone over a 7 day period to the sole proprietor, Cassio. He repeatedly promised to return and address his defective work, but he never showed or scheduled a return visit, and he did not call me again re the unacceptable quality of his work. So, I finally stopped wasting my time trying to get him to correct the problem.

The services went excellent! The owner himself completed the work. He was punctual, and returned my calls when I called him. He gave me a very good warranty. I was very impressed with the provider.

Cassio was prompt and courteous throughout the experience. He gave me a quote on the phone for the work but lowered the price after he arrived and saw the actual size of the tub. My once pink tub is now the perfect bisque color. Then he reglazed the two white sinks to match the tub. I am very happy with the result and will use Platinum Refinishing again when I am ready to change the color of the pink tub in my other bathroom.

The owner, Cassio, was on time and was pleasant. He did a wonderful job and my bath tub looks like new. He left the bathroom clean. I Highly recommend him.

It was wonderful, Cassio was easy to deal with, knew his stuff and went to work with no issues at all. He did a great job and I can't wait to get him back to do another tub refinishing. My 20 year old beige tub that was looking dirty and dingy now is white and looks brand new. Thank you.

My call was returned promptly and an appointment set for my earliest convenience. On the day of the service, Cassio called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at the agreed time, looked at the tub and gave me choices of colors. He explained the process and set to work. There were some rust spots that needed to be sanded, filled and made smooth, then the whole tub was redone in my selected shade that matched my other fixtures. rHe was polite and professional at all times. He worked with the bathroom doors (2) closed and the exhaust fan on because the product smells awful and after he was done, told me to keep the doors closed and the fan on for several hours. The smell was powerful, but gone by 7 pm (he started at one). He left an instruction sheet with care directions and warranty information. I was very satisfied with the work and would use him again.

Cessar was fabulous. We couldn't ask for more. He was prompt, professional and did a wonderful job. I was concerned about the odor as I have breathing problems and he took extra care. It wasn't a problem at all. He is someone who really takes pride in his work and we would recommend him highly.

He showed up on time, finished when he said, and gave me a very good price. One of the tubs was in very bad shape with chips and cracks in it from a previous refinish job that was not done well. Cassio made this tub absolutely look like new, along with the other tub and the tile walls around both tubs. This was the first time I ever had a bathroom refinished, so I was skeptical. After looking at the before and after pictures on the Platinum Refinishing website, I wanted to try it. I am sooooo glad that I did. You can save a lot of money by refinishing instead of replacing tubs, walls, and tile. I highly recommend Cassio and Platinum Refinishing. I will use them for other properties that I own.

I wish so much I had done this years ago!! Cassio was excellent in every way, on time works hard and the best part is he really takes pride in his work. He took caution preparing the area around the bathroom, and cleaned up everything when he was finished. Thank you so much for the hard work. The finished product is incredible!!

Cassio was very responsive to my initial call and was able to setup an appointment that worked well for me. He spent the time to explain the process and provided an agreeable quote on the phone. He showed up on time for the work, was very courteous and professional. The work was completed in about three hours. He was very tidy while working and the job turned out very nice. When finished, he did a good clean up. The invoice was exactly the amount quoted, and he left instructions for care and cleaning along with his written warranty. I would recommend him and hire him again.

He was extremely nice to work with. Did the job well and finished quickly. I wasn't home when he finished, so he didn't add the floor grip, but offered to return and do it at no additional charge if I asked. I have and will recommend this company.

Cassio was easy to get a hold of and very responsive by text and email. I had a last minute schedule change and he came the next day. No issues at all. He was courteous and professional thru out entire process. Glad we went with him.

I can only say that my husband and I have been living in south Florida since 1977 and have NEVER found anyone to be as reliable, professional, reasonably priced and neat as Cassio Silveira. I feel that there should be a "Superior" rating above "Excellent". His honesty is above reproach as is ability to assess the best possible outcome for the customer. Cassio was always on time and when he left, you'd never know he was there. He spent over 2 1/2 hours preparing the areas to be refinished each day and assisted us with color selection based upon the room and our personal taste. Cassio always left the decisions up to us, however gave us his input when asked. His products are top shelf and we were so glad that we didn't spend the money to rip out cabinetry and walls. Our bathroom cabinetry and kitchen backsplash look like they just came out of the showroom!! Thank you, Cassio
