I am very pleased with the service received from this company. I had the pleasure of dealing with Roger. He was very responsive and prompt for our appointment. The work was done the same week I called! The tub came out really nice and Roger left the bathroom spotless. Not to mention he removed his shoes before entering my home as the weather was rainy. The price was slightly higher than other quotes I recieved but at this point worth it. And it comes with a 5 year warranty! I would definitely re-hire.

Roger and Cassios did a phenomenal job. They were on time, polite and prepared. Work area was left immaculate and their work is beautiful. My bathroom looks brand new.

I recently had my bathtub refinished by Platinum Refinishing and I'm thrilled with the results. The entire process went smoothly right from the start. Casio was able to give me an immediate appointment in order to have the work done before my move in date. Roger came right on time, and was very accommodating and very skilled. I love the results of his work, as my bathtub now looks brand new, with its beautiful new surface. The subtle non-skid finish that he applied works perfectly and is very safe. I'm so glad to have found Platinum Refinishing, as it now looks like I have a brand new bathtub. Platinum provided just what I was looking for...skillful craftsmanship, and at a very reasonable cost. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

ROGER was punctually at my place. He explained the process and explained maintenance and warranty afterward. The bathtub and tiles look amazing. Amazing job. Roger was able to transform both bathrooms. The chipped sink and chipped tiles look brand new. The old colored tiles are now a fresh white. Looks 100% better. Roger took his time and used exhaust fans to air out the bathrooms and minimize any lingering smells. Each bathroom took a day. I have already recommended them to others. Great job!

Roger did an amazing job. He was friendly and professional, and the job was done in a few hours. It turned out even better than we expected. The tub looks brand new and I'm so glad we hired Roger to reglaze it instead of replacing it.

On time and completed work when he said it would be done. All the dust and fumes were exhausted outside. He completely sealed off the bathroom when it came time to spray. Cassio was very pleasant and easy to work with. He really took his time and did a professional job.

Tub was reglazed 3 years ago by another company who did a horrible job. I researched and found the many positive reviews on angies list for platinum refinishing. I called and cassio and i,discussed work scope and estimated price as well as date. Cassio was punctual, professional and meticulous in reglazing our tub and soap dishes. Outstanding job and result. Cassio was great. He was clear in his pricing meaning there were no add on charges or fees beyond what we had discussed and agreed to on the phone. He showed up when he said he would and had all necessary materials with him. Additionally, he was very careful to cover all areas in the bathroom that weren't being sprayed to ensure no over spray or mess and he was very efficient in his work. He's also personable, respectful and professional, and most importantly, our tub and tile look amazing now.

Perfectly from start to finish. The owner is very professional and friendly. He vented the vast majority of the odors out my sliding glass door and kept my AC inside. There was very little to no odor within a few hours after completion.
