Description of Work: Cassio refinished tub and tile and put non-skid surface on tub floor. He was prompt, courteous and professional. The initial job (refinishing tub and tile) took 5 - 6 hours. We decided we wanted ant-skid surface on tub floor ($25. extra, which brought total price to $570.) so I called him back (about 2 weeks later) and he squeezed us into his schedule. That job only took about 15 - 20 minutes. It's nice to meet and do business with someone who is trustworthy and takes pride in his work. We highly recommend Cassio! He is "Platinum Refinishing" - he's the owner. The world needs more Cassio's!

Description of Work: We tried to refinish our tub on our own, but got too busy. So I started looking for companies and quotes. I tried to contact 3 other companies before I found Platinum Refinishing Inc. . He was the only one that answered my call. I never had to leave a message or wait. The outcome of our tub is "new" I wont say "like new" because to me it is new. I took a bubble bath for the first time and numerous showers and not one problem. I would recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!

Description of Work: reglazed bath tub to a special color match. |reglazing went well and matched well. unfortunately, removal of the chrome drain was required due to rust. In removing the drain, the waste line BROKE. The plumber I hired to fix this problem explained that it is a situation that can happen on old fixtures like mine. My objection is that the vendor did not tell me about the problem.

What an unfair review, you can not be upset with me because I didn't let you about your plumbing problem when I didn't know that there was a problem, I am not a plumber, I`m a reglazing/refinishing specialist with ZERO experience in plumbing, it is actually illegal for me to get involved with plumbing when doing my jobs, and just like you all I see is the surface of the drain and there was nothing wrong with it, let alone the fact that your guy could have broke it and using pliers and screw drivers instead of the proper tool and is saying that was rusted to save his own skin. If I had seen rust on the face of the drain I would definitely have mentioned it to you and treated it since rust can discolor the paint around it and it is covered by my warranty, it was your responsibility to inform me that you was going to install a new drain because I can not read your mind, and I would have told you that the refinishing has to be done after the removal of the old drain and before the installation of the new one. I just hope that members who read your review understand that it had nothing to do with the quality of my work or professionalism.
