VERY bad experience. Not aggressive at all. Need to talk to your realtor after 6pm?...forget about talking to this one...they literally told me that they turn off their phones. Communication skills are horrible. It was like dealing with an amateur. DO NOT pick this realtor.

DO NOT RECOMMEND USING GIA OR GRANT FREER, or doing business with them. I referred someone to them and they had them sign an "exclusive buyer-broker agreement." According to the person I referred them to, Gia and Grant Freer never helped them find a house, and when the Freers found out that they found a house almost a year later with a different broker, the Freers threatened to sue them. This is the second time I have heard the Freers doing this to people. When I went on Yelp to warn that an attorney should review ANY DOCUMENTS THAT GIA OR GRANT FREER PUT IN FRONT OF THEM, Gia Freer had her lawyer send me a "threatening" letter that they were going to sue me for defamation. They are currently attempting to bully me by threatening litigation. Based on my experiences with them, I do not believe they are ethical, and they appear to be very litigious. I usually do not take the time or effort to post things; however, in this instance, I thought it was necessary to warn others of their business practices.
