Hired company to do a one time spray for Bugs! Owner of company Ranan, charged me $829 right away, which overdraft my account! Owner did not explain service and right away took advantage of a single female who is also a Disabled Veteran! Service for a spray was $125, then the company charged me $54.00 in credit card fees! I cancelled debit card, did not trust company to have access to my account!! WARNING Owner takes Advantage of single females!

Renan was knowledgeable, experienced and correct when I called for a raccoon problem. His technician was courteous, thorough and professional. Raccoon was trapped within 36 hours! I would definitely recommend Optimum!!

We've used Optimum Pest once before and he did a great job. This time we had termites. We made the call. He was easy to reach and he scheduled an appointment around our crazy schedule. Needless to say, his work was effective and we are termite free. A nice guy and very professional. He's our "Go To" guy.

Renan did an outstanding job, I had a minor german roach infestation in my condo due to unsanitary neighbors, he quickly inspected and determined I needed a full clean out which was very reasonably priced, he was also very informative about ways to mitigate future issues and he did recommend routine spraying it was no pressure or sales pitch, he also encouraged me to reach out to him immediately if I had any other issue regarding roaches. It's not easy to find reliable, honest, and punctual work In South Florida but Renan checked off all those boxes for sure! I would highly recommend him and his company and use them again if needed.

Eliminated a new bat infestation. They did such a great job a couple years ago on my winter home that I went back to them again. Easy to work with, too.
