Yes. True to their word and promises. This was especially important to my wife and I. So many companies say one thing and does the opposite. From the first phone call, they were all business . Thus far they’ve trapped 3 curious cats and 1 noisy and angry raccoon (cats were unharmed and released ). Thanks for the excellent service and will recommend highly to anyone.

Awesome customer service! My wife and I needed a Pest / Termite Inspection done ASAP prior to closing on our home and Optimum Pest had the best price and was able to get the inspection done right away (other companies that I called were a bit too pricey and were not readily available). Optimum provided a detailed inspection report on the same day it was done. I recommend them for any pest control services needed. They were super friendly and and answered all the questions my wife and I had. 5 stars!

We called Optimum Pest Control and Renan came over within a couple of days. He treated for the ants and explained how the treatments worked and why he was spraying certain areas. A couple of months later, we found a rat in the garage and Renan came over next day. Showed me all the entry points, explained how to seal them all and guaranteed a year of service specifically for the rat problem. That same day he sealed everything and has come back 3 times to check for any new or more rats. We have never felt more taken care of by a company, and the security if knowing we won’t have this problem escalate is incredible. Based on reviews of Optimum Pest Control on Angie’s List, I hired this company to rid my house of a huge number of palmetto bugs. I had been seeing on the average of 3/day. My usual pest control company tried hard to help but was not effective. Renan came over and checked out my entire house from the attics to underneath and in cabinets, vanities, AC closets etc. He pointed out areas that needed to be sealed as there were many access points for the bugs to enter the house. He came back the next day and bombed the attic. Two days later he came back and treated with boric acid. He also has sprayed the lawn and ornamentals outside. Renan is very detail oriented and is attentive to everything. He is professional, on time, and quick to answer texts and calls. I would highly recommend him!

First let me say THANK YOU To Renan for such professionalism and his DEDICATED work ethic. We had our house sprayed for termites and also a house I own and have tenants in. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to work with my tenant on multiple occasions to spray a second time to ensure his job and performance was complete. The ants in the house disappeared for a reasonable time. However, my organic vegetables and herbs in the yard were also sprayed. The second time he came, I specifically asked if he would spray where my herbs were, or I would remove them. He said no, but did it anyway!!!

Renan quickly diagnosed the problem with our Carpenter ants, including where they came from. Ants were gone with the first treatment, but he came back a second time to complete the treatment. Super nice, knowledgeable, and professional.Price was fair. He is the one I would go to if we had a problem again.
