Nikita did an excellent and thorough job. From my initial phone call through the completion of the work they were prompt and professional.

Very nice and professional estimator (Amir) but unfortunately their quote was from $800 to over $1000 higher than that of all other estimates that I received for the same job. While most companies would charge $1,500 to $1,700 for the job, they quote close to $2,500. This is a premium that I just couldn't justify.

II contacted Nikita Tile through the email link on Angie's List. I received a prompt phone call from Amir and an appointment for set to see scope of job. Amir showed up as scheduled, was very professional, and low pressure. Amir was very knowledgeable about the work I wanted done and provided me a quote on the spot, and of course applied the Angie's List discount. The price was fair for the amount of work and I agreed to contract with Nikita Tile. Amir called me as promised to set a date for the work. The crew arrived on time and worked through completion. Each member of the team was very professional. All work was reviewed at completion to ensure my approval. I would definitely use Nikita Tile in the future and highly recommend their service.

Amir came out to provide an estimate to do a full house tile clean, grout stain and seal. We called Nikita mostly for their Mexican tile specialty as their pictures on their web site looked impressive. Our mexican tile (20 years old) and particularly the grout was just plain ugly, grout was very dirty and Amir showed us what the results would be. We selected a grout stain ("heather") which blended with the tiles. Its actually more like paint, but allows for a uniform color. He was out on Friday, and the job was completed on the following Monday. Two Nikita men were out promptly at 9am, and worked on all the Mexican Tile til lunch. After lunch they moved to the bathrooms and cleaned, grout sealed and caulked there. The Mexican tile came out superb, beyond our expectations. The bathroom grout stain and caulk projects came out good, but grouting could have been a tad cleaner.. Nonetheless, we were very happy with the outcome and effectively have new looking tile and grout throughout the house. We would whole heartedly recommend Nikita to others, and already have. It went exceptionally well. Amir & Larry (at different times) visited my home to assess the needs relative to the work that needed to be done. They also discussed with me what they recommended & what I could reasonably expect. A price was quoted to me, which was competitive but less that other quotes. When it was determined that I obtained their name from Angie's List, 10% was immediately taken off the price. We discussed a date for service & I gave a deposit. On the arranged date and time, Juan & Wiber arrived. Two very professional, efficient & fine young men. They got to work immediately and never stopped until the job was completed. It's not an easy job because it requires very meticulous work especially when coloring the grout but they stayed on task & did a terrific job. My expectations were met and I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Nikita Tile showed up when they were suppose to and worked all day without bothering me or making a mess in the house. They re-grouted my shower stall. When they were done my shower looked bran new. After seeing how they worked I had them clean all the tile in my house, re-grout and seal the tile. Nikita came back the next day and did a superb job. My floors look like new! More importantly they always look new with vacuuming and cleaning. The cleaning liquid is by far the best I have used yet! I cannot say enough about how happy I was with this company. Excellent customer service and excellent workmanship. I will use Nikita as long as I have tile in my house.

I hired Nikita to clean, polish and seal my Marble floors, as they are about 7 years old and had never had this treatment. As explained to me by the person providing the on-site estimate, it would take 2 days to complete; a day for the living/dining/kitchen area, and a day for the two bathrooms (including a walk-in shower and a tub-surround, plus two countertops). The 2 workers arrived on time the first day and proceeded with the work, but not in the order explained by the estimator. And, contrary to what I was told, the workers were "finished" after day 1. I was suspicious, wondering how does 2 days turn into 1 for the same price? After they left, I found many areas of the main living area floor that didn't seem to be clean/polished. Now I've never had this done before, but I would assume that after such a cleaning/polishing/sealing exercise, I could expect to see no real spots on the floor, and see a certain gleam (I did not choose a "mirror" finish, but still would expect my floor to gleam at least!). I called the estimator back, and expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the result. He grudgingly came back over, and agreed that there were multiple spots on the floor that really weren't "done", although he expressed much admiration for how wonderful the floor looked. He then had the SAME worker come back again, and re-buff and polish those places I had shown him. This worker also told me that "tile is natural, there will always be flaws reflected in the stone". While the original spots (NOT in the stone!) were removed, there of course were others upon inspection during the next few days, and as I said, the floor certainly didn't look $1500 better than it had before. As I said, perhaps my expectations were too high, but I don't think so.

The front porch of my rental property and vacation home, which I believed to be mexican tile, was stained nearly black and I couldn't find anything that would clean it. I called Nikita and explained that I was having guests later in the week and would like to have the work done promptly. Amir arrived at my home punctually to provide me with an estimate. He was cordial and professional and explained to me that my tiles were ceramic and not mexican and that it was most likely the sealer that had been previously used on the tile that had caused the extreme.staining. He cleaned some test spots so that I could see the expected result, and explained that some of the stains might not come out completely. He also suggested that I seal the grout with a dark colored sealer to protect the grout from further unsightly staining and to improve the overall look, of the porch. We agreed to a price of $600 which seemed fair since it would take the better part of a day to do the job. I do have to say that I did not receive any additional estimates as the other companies did not return my calls and so I have nothing to which to compare the price. Amir juggled some things around and managed to fit me in for the following day and so my porch looked beautiful and clean when my guests arrived. The gentleman (whose name I can't remember - sorry!) who did the actual work was polite, harworking and very accommodating. He completed the job in the allotted time and explained the care of the tiles before he left. Soon after the job was completed some of the grout sealer was washed away by rain before it had a chance to dry. Amir promptly sent someone out to reseal the affected areas as promised. Overall the experience was very posititive and I expect to call Amir again to bid on the restoration of my terrazzo floors.

Amir's crew were prompt and polite. They completed the job on schedule. One slight oversight was that they failed to polish under the beds. Amir was gracious and apologetic and arranged to come back to correct this. I would happily recommend Nikita Tile as a trusted vendor.

It went well and they did a nice job. They were very professional and they did what they said they would do. He also gave us a free gallon of cleaner for the floor like he said he would when he gave us the estimate. He gave us a pretty good price for our square footage. They came on time.

I called Nikita on 2/1/11 early morning. Amir met me at the house a couple of hours later. He cleaned a portion of the floor to show me how it would look after they cleaned it, and he sealed it with two different colors for me to chose what I liked best. He told me he could have it done the next day and we settled on 9 a.m. the next day, with a tentative completion time between 1:30 and 2 p.m. The next day, they showed up on time and the job was finished at 1:30 p.m. The white tile floor had been installed in 2000 and the house had been rented for a little over a year. The floors had been left filthy and the grout, originally white, was black. Nikita left it better looking than when it was first installed! I had spend money having it proffessionally steamed but the dirt showed up again in a month or two because (as I recently learned) that if the grout is not sealed, the dirt will continue to seep in and stay there. Now it's sealed and is looking great! I would definitely use them again and I'm already bragging about having the best looking floors in the neighborhood!

I found Nikita Tile in an ad from a recent issue of Angie's List magazine. I had a mexican tiled floor that was over 20 years old and had never been cleaned or polished. Frankly, it looked awful! During the initial sales call, I was very impressed with the knowledge of mexican tiles from the owner, Amir. He showed my several Before/After photographs of other customers tiled floors and what they had done. We negotiated a very good price, along with the discount coupon that I found on the Angie's List website. The work crew arrived early on the first day (amazing!) and they performed all the work in the time the owner originally indicated that it would take. They moved all the furniture each day, and told me when they were leaving for their lunch break. At the end of the project, they moved all my furniture where I wanted it to go. I was very impressed with this firm, and I plan on using them again for other project in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you want your mexican tiled floor looking great!

Everything went like clockwork. I scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. The appointment was kept right on time, and conducted in a very professional manner. A sample spot was cleaned and sealed so we knew exactly what results to expect. And, in fact, the actual results were the same as the sample results (have seen otherwise with other companies.) Based on that appointment I scheduled the work to be done. A two-man team came to do the work. They were very polite, pleasant and professional. The job took the better part of the day. The results exceeded my expectations -- and I really don't get to make that statement very often. The floor looks new -- and it's 17 years old.

After my ceramic tile was installed, there was a hazy, dusty mess left on the floor. I attempted to clean it on my own and found I was leaving swirls of dirt and grout. When I called Nikita Tile and Marble Restoration, I felt that I made the right decision. For the estimate, the owner of the company arrived on time, assessed my situation, and recommended a cost-efficient course of action. On the day of service, two technicians arrived punctually and worked very hard till the job was completed. I am proud to say that my floors now have a beautiful shine. They removed all the haze, dirt, and dust. In addition, the lead technician was a perfectionist and asked me if the job was satisfactory. When I gave him some feedback, he went back over areas that required additional attention.
