National Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

I would NEVER recommend this company. Yes they came on time, but their professionalism was at an all time low. One of the workers used the bathroom without asking. I had to tell them to separate the sofa and clean in between where the sofa joins. They "do it the EASY way" when I asked them to move the cabinet away from the wall. They left a puddle on my tile floor (they could of asked for a towel to wipe it up) and I slipped. When I called the office and talked with the owner, he said he would call me back after he spoke with his team. He didn't call me so I called, he said yes what I reported was correct but that was all. All I can say is ' STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY'. Am I satisfied with the cleaning, no at all. For the price I paid, it should be a lot better. a huge disappointment.

They were wonderful. They were very professional. Everything was very positive. They were able to help with everything and the carpets look great. We would definitely use them again.

We have been using this company for years. Marilyn calls us every few months to see if we need service. If we do not at the time, there is no problem. The past few times we have had them come out, we have had Mike B and Hector. They are professional, on time and do a beautiful job. They also are friendly to my dog - very important. The price is always very fair. We highly recommend this company and will definitely continue to use them.

National Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is a very good company I have used them for many years, they are very honest and dependable, they steam clean to the highest degree and they are very professional. They do not use soap they do not use dry chemicals it is strictly steam. There rates are very reasonable and will continue to use them and I do recommend them.

They did a good job overall. One time they even got out some very bad stains. They stuck to the price described on the phone. Each time they did not raise the rate either. They were quick and professional.

I had told the person on the phone that I only wanted the rooms done and not the closet. They did the closet anyway and charged me. They also charged me for a strip of carpet near my sink that they said they wouldn't charge me for. When they were done and the carpet was wet, it looked good. When it dried, the stains in the bedroom were still there. They were good at getting another technician out and, for the most part, he got the stains out. I spoke with the owner's wife who answers the phone and she was terrific. She said she would send me a check for the closet and area near the sink. She never did. I could have called her back to let her know that I didn't get the check, but at that point I just wrote them off and figured I wouldn't do business with them again.

They were right on time, did not push extras on me, charged exactly what I expected. Great price-had a coupon from valpak. Have had better cleaning, but for a lot more money. Good price for what you get.

THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY HAD A MILLION DIFFERENT COLORS AND DIFFERENT TEXTURES TO CHOOSE FROM. I HAD INSURANCE THAT PAID FOR MOST OF IT, WHICH WAS ALSO A PLUS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
