satellite tv service
 + -1 moreTom said he'd call me back with the recording but I never heard from him again. I just want to warn people if they call - the customer rep. speaks very very fast.. so I told Tom to please call me because IF i did agree to it then I will have to pay for it but I do not recall anyone ever saying it would be that much money just to ck. your credit. I got nothing/ no service for that... a scam in my opinion.
Description of Work: I have Comcast cable and was calling different satellite ads to see if I could get a better deal price wise. I called this co: 1-866-659-dish and a customer rep spoke to me - giving me the info very quickly and explaining they had a lot of extra things you would get if you signed up with them. Then he asked me for my credit card number to ck. my credit. I said no problem because I have good credit. I definitely do not remember the guy saying anything like they would charge me for this. First I agreed to get service but then I got nervous about switching so I called back either that day or the next and canceled it. A month later I get a $29.95 charge on my credit card bill from them. I called Tom Rudnick at either x 232 or the 561 # I listed above and he was rather abrupt with me saying I must have ordered services. Then he said it did show I canceled but I must have agreed to the credit ck fee of $29.95. He said it was all recorded and he would call me back with in 3 days with
