Do not ever use this company. You cannot trust him at all installed a new AC unit in my villa in July 2021. Kyle never answers his text messages or phone calls. Sent him text messages I never received a manual on how to work my AC unit. Numerous text messages back-and-forth and eventually called another person who is recommended to come and check my AC unit. I advised Kyle said he never put the proper hurricane clamps on all four sides of the AC unit. Only three were done and he advised that he never leveled the unit . Text back-and-forth to him finally got answered and he said sorry I’m dead never saw them. Well that whole deal cost me another $410 to fix because since the AC unit wasn’t level the Freon leak out I need a new Freon put in. Also he never put new insulation on the pipe coverings and also never cleaned out the pipe so that it would run through. He also said he would reimburse me for the money I laid out and so far no check . It has been over 2 1/2 weeks and still no check. Do yourself a favor and call another company. Do not waste your time and money on this company. Cannot trust them even when the text say they will fix it by reimbursing you the money you laid out which she should have done in the first place.

I reviewed My AC Guy in April of 2018. They just (today) completed a routine maintenance and cleaned the air handler. My previous contractor NEVER did anything like that! In addition, the first time i used them they temporarily repaired the duct work that attaches the air handler so I'd have AC until they replaced the broken duct work. My old AC people installed the air handler and reconnected it to the duct system. less than two years later the section where they connected fell apart and these morons charged me $750 because "it wasn't their fault". Kyle replaced the section and added a two bulb UV air sanitizing unit, much neater than what he removed and it cost less than the other Co. charged to repair their shoddy workmanship. In addition, they show up and inform you if they're running late and they're very pleasant guys to deal with.

My A/C Guy (Kyle) is the best and fairest HVAC contractor I've found and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a HVAC company that comes when they say and is very fair on pricing. Had My A/C guy replace 2 AC Compressors and Air Handlers (1) at my home and (2nd) at my investment property. All work was completed for price stated, on schedule and work area left spotless. My tenant is very happy with their new A/C unit and our home is staying nice and cool (Wife happy!!). Thank you Kyle and the guys at My A/C guy for getting all the work done promptly..!!

I selected "My AC Guy" because he appeared to be a small, relatively new company with great reviews, the type of service provider I prefer to do business with. The reviews do not do Kyle justice, he is just great to deal with and seems to know what he is doing (unlike other providers I've had the misfortune of using). I'd use him again without hesitation, explains everything so you can understand what is going on and is just a nice guy!

My A/C went out right after Hurricane Irma. As busy as Kyle was, he showed same day I called. Kyle service my a/c and got it cooling again. Unfortunately, my A/C was to damage from the storm and I had to replace my whole unit. Kyle came back out and was able to install my new unit within two days. I was only without a/c for a day. Kyle and his team were very organize and neat. The price of the new a/c unit was inline with other companies in the area. The install was quick and done right. My house has never felt so cool and comfortable. Kyle even texted me the next morning to see how my new A/C unit was working. If you need an A/C company for service or for a new unit, reach out to Kyle at "My A/C guy. You will not be disappointed. Kyle is honest and cares for his customers. He treats everyone like family and really goes above and beyond.

Kyle was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it. He also provided advice moving forward to avoid having a similar issue in the future. Recommend this company to anyone with air conditioner issues.

Fabulous, my girls rooms are much cooler. He was professional and NEAT!!!!!! He did a great job on th UV lights on my old units. Neat and clean job!

If I could give him a score higher than "A," I would. Look no further, and call Kyle if you need hvac work. I know I will from now on.

Kyle was at my house the next morning after I called. He arrived on time. He performed the annual maintenance. He showed me a part that needed to be replaced, explained to me the function of the part, and why he recommended its replacement. He was professional and courteous the entire visit.

These guys are very professional, responsive, they are always on time, complete the work as promised and the prices are excellent. Kyle has been very honest with regard to work needed, not replacing or doing anything that is not needed, he takes the time to explain what is needed, what can wait and what is not necessary at all. Having used other local A/C contractors in the past that I was unsatisfied with I started looking for a new AC contractor. I was extremely happy once I met Kyle who owns My A/C Guy. Kyle is a straight shooter who knows his HVAC. He diagnosed my problem and was able to fix it promptly without having to come back a 2nd or 3rd time. He also checked with me a few days later to ensure all was working as expected. I now use Kyle and the My A/C Guy team for HVAC maintenance and repairs on all my properties in SE Florida. If you want an A/C contractor who's honest, fair, knows how to fix all HVAC problems and shows up when scheduled then you want My A/C Guy in your list of home contractors.

He arrived as scheduled and was always promptly and efficiently responsive to my text inquiries. He was respectful of my home by laying done flooring covering from front door to inside unit and thoroughly cleaned up after job was done. Very polite and professional , asking questions designed to best tailor system to needs. Installation is professional and neat with attention to detail adding extra touches going above and beyond. Kyle is owner and installer so takes pride in doing things right. Very happy with my new system and this company, would definitively recommend!
