+ -1 moreSpoke to Frank by phone to arrange a move for my daughter, who was living in Boca in a 1 BR apartment. He provided what proved to be a very accurate estimate based on my description of the furniture. His crew had to leave shortly after arriving due to pouring rain, but they came back as promised later in the day to get it done. Pricing was very competitive. Their hourly rate was among the lowest of the few highly-rated companies I found on angie's list. Plus Move America did not charge the extra fees some of the competition quoted?e.g., 1 hour travel time to get to the apartment even though that competitor?s business location was relatively close to the apartment, nor the fuel charge of $2.00 / mile driven.

+ -1 moreAs noted, we called on 48 hours notice to get some important moving help before an installation. The company called the day before to confirm. On the morning of the move, they called again. This gave us complete confidence. When they arrived, they immediately got to work. Moving the large leather chair, they were careful and had good suggestions about the best way to move it in coordination with other furniture. They were flexible in changing locations when they quickly and accurately determined that it would not fit around a small corner in the first choice doorway. Moving the large entertainment center went without any problems. They helpfully set it in a position for us to connect cables. Everything was left neat and clean, and done in far less than an hour. We then arranged to call them soon for moving home furniture to storage, or to any of three condos (family), or for simply moving furniture within our condo, all of which we need. They were quick and professional to understand our briefly described requests, and did not hesitate to say "Yes."
Description of Work: Upon last minute call/ request, this moving company, Move America (specifically the Manager Ali Met and his Company Movers) were ready to help us. Today Manager Ali came with an Assistant whose name is Frank. They were polite, ahead of us even, on schedule, moved more furniture when we requested that, and without knowing this would be asked of them in advance. (We are somewhat handicapped, cannot lift). This company works up and down this area, West Palm Beach to Miami Beach, likely more. They are very multi faceted in abilities and what the company offers, from moving homes to moving furniture (which they did for us), are flexible in schedules and more, and very reasonable in price. After connecting through our Housekeeper (and our request), they called us immediately. We did not schedule on that first call since we did not know exact day we needed them; when we called back on 48 hours notice, they responded asap. They really were top notch. The services performed were moving a large leather chair between rooms, and the originally requested service was moving a very large wooden entertainment center from a living room to a bedroom, down a very long, narrow hall.
