+ -1 moreThe price included high-hats, bulbs, materials, and labor. He was prompt, clean, provided all materials (because we didn't know what to purchase). He covered the floor to eliminate excessive dirt, and completed the work quickly.
Description of Work: Steve provided an estimate to install resessed lighting for our kitchen remodel. We thought we needed 8 lights, he recommended 7, but after he looked in the ceiling and determined the exact location of the lights, he recommended 6 (thus saving us money). And 6 lights were perfect! He also did a repair of a circuit breaker at the same time.

+ -1 moreBoth jobs were done on separate days. The second job required going into the attic and cutting three holes in the ceiling with dirt and cuttings falling into the living room. He put large drop cloths down before starting and when he was done there was just a little dust left behind.
Description of Work: Steven replaced both bathroom and kitchen ballasts and lamps. He also installed three high hat ceiling lamps in the living room. He was on time each time we had an appointment. He returned phone calls as promised and the statements were just as the estimate said. He was very clean as was the job site when finished. He is licensed and it is shown on his business card as well as insured and bonded.
