It was a disaster. Our only recourse is to live with the damage or to hire a lawyer ourselves. When home owners complained to the BBB they had our board withdraw the complaint. They couldn't care less about the work they did as long as they made the HOA board members happy. Do not use this company. They also overcharged us over the estimate.
Description of Work: They were hired by our association to fix our roofs. They did a horrible job and damaged most of the homes in the association. When home owners contacted them directly they were rude and insulting and said they would only talk to the board president. They refused to fix all the damage instead putting in some patches. Their estimate was over $100,000 over their competition and the board hired them because we wouldn't have any problem. We did, their are still homeowners today complaining of damage. However our board president refused to hold them accountable as her own was OK.
