+ -1 moreI was completely happy with the work that was done and the very pleasant nature of the young man that performed the job. He was generous with his time answering questions from me as well as my neighbor. Most impressive to me was when I asked him about some other equipment he did not use that as an opportunity to sell me something - instead he pretty much told me we really didn't need it. He said he believes in the old adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Of course he was not talking about doing legitimate preventive maintenance, but it really made me feel this is an honest outfit and that means almost everything to me. So, no doubt, I will call these folks the next time I need service to my A/C.

Description of Work: We recently remodeled a house it took over 5 months to complete. The week before we were scheduled to move in we realized the AC units in the house we undersized and could not provide the level of cooling we wanted. M&R showed up and saved the day!!! We were short on time as multiple furniture delivery trucks were scheduled to show up in two days and the house was hot! The team from M&R was awesome. They brought out multiple technicians and went through everything, replace two complete units (one was fine) and resized all the duct work and vents to provide the maximum flow and cooling levels in each room. Michael did an amazing job to minimize the cost, reuse what he could but complete the job before the first truck showed up (working until 9:00 at night and over the weekend). I can’t say enough about his team and the job. AC repairs never happen at a good time. Having a company like M&R that you can trust and count on is key. Look no further….. these guys are pros!

+ -1 moreM & R Air Conditioning Service was quick to quote and perform the work at my house. I am very satisfied w/ the service and will highly reccomend. They have further helped to increase airflow in certain rooms in the house that the prior system duct system failed to cool propertly. I will be continuing to utilize M & R for routine service and once my second unit is required to be replaced, they will be the first person that I call.
Description of Work: M & R Air Conditioning Service replaced one of my two systems (air handler and outside unit) as well as replaced the original duct work in my house.
