Description of Work: I was so impressed with Larry Seebach. He returned calls promptly and was extremely polite. He was upfront about the cost of his services. We are dealing with an apartment that is 39 years old and we bought from the original owner. This owner wallpapered everything....even the ceilings. The paper had been on the walls and celings for approximately 35 years. Larry arrived with his 2-man crew and got straight to work. They efficiently removed the wall paper with very little mess. They were respectful of my need to continue to stay in the apartment to work and concerned about my walking about as the tile floors could be slippy with the mist they use. The cost to remove the paper turned out to be even less than I thought it would be. What a pleasant surprise. I will be getting a quote from Larry to paint the apartment after renovations are completed and I have complete confidence in his abillity and professionalism to get that job done as great as he did the wallpaper removal.

Description of Work: Larry was very punctual and removed the wallpaper in my guest bathroom....he was professional and left the bathroom very clean. Two days later his employee arrived, also very punctual, and did the patching and painting. He was great and very patient with me as I didn't like the color I had picked out....so he went and bought another can of paint.... My overall experience with this company was most pleasant and I would recommend them highly. They are nice, professional, clean and do a marvelous job.

Description of Work: Larry called and we set up the appointment in a timely matter. He showed up on time and worked diligently removing the wallpaper. He was very courteous and I would definetly use his services again in the future.

Description of Work: I first hired Larry when I lived in Margate back in 1995, then again in Coral Springs in 1998............. 1995 - Larry repainted the entire inside of my Villa and ceilings that were 14' high. He hung chandeliers and he even built a wall in my garage and hung a door so I could have a little office out there. It turned out fantastic. 1998 - Larry repainted the entire inside of my townhouse removing old wallpaper, hired people to install tile and oversaw the entire job to completion, he put in all new elec outlets, refinished my kitchen cabinets, hung new closet doors, replaced door knobs, and fixed anything that was broken including replacing a toilet. When I moved in it was like a brand new unit. They really did a nice job. He even hung pictures for me at no extra charge. They covered everything and no paint was dripped or splashed. I would hire Larry anytime for anything and feel perfectly relaxed that everything would be beautiful when they were finished.
