Description of Work: Had them paint ALL the baseboards throughout the entire house, install baseboards and paint in the master Bdrm and hallway. These guys did an excellent job. They were respectful of us and our home; moved all the furniture out and back - you could scarcely tell they were there. Excellent quality work and paint. Larry came to the job site before to verify work to be done and afterword to check.

Description of Work: They repainted a garage door that had been flaking on and off for months, after doing a really terrific job or first scraping and sanding. I will definintely reuse this company --

Description of Work: The workmen were excellent and therefore I give an A to the quality of their work. However, I requested that the painting be postponed until my handyman had completed several projects. Mr. Seebach was anxious to get his job done and he moved forward. As a result much "touch up" work remains to be competed by my handyman. If I had it to do over I would have been insistent that he wait. Too much painting work was left undone because of this Also, much painting was damaged and will have to be touched up because of jobs that had to be done after. While Mr. Seebach did take $150. off my bill for the touch up work, I am disappointed in this final result.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $69 for 2 Hours of Pressure Cleaning. The service was excellent. They arrived on time for the appointment. He honored the price of the deal and the additional costs were very reasonable. I only have good things to say about him.

Description of Work: Removed wallpaper in Kitchen and Laundry Room. It took a while to get the work scheduled due to both of our schedules. Once the date and time was arranged, Larry's worker was on time and got the job done in three days. It took longer than expected because he discovered there were two layers of under paper as well as another wallpaper underneath that was painted over. That too had two layers of under paper. He got it all off. I am now having him paint the two rooms. Only problem. He could not give me an estimate until the job was underway. It was a bit higher than I expected, but the end result was worth it. [member name removed]

Description of Work: Painted a bathroom after patching a hole in the ceiling. Very professional, tidy and neat, on time, good craftsmanship, and on budget.

Description of Work: I wished the provider to power wash the roof of my mother's home. 2100 sq. ft. 1-story. Mr. Seebach communicated with me quickly and appeared at my mother's home sooner than expected to give me an estimate. That was greatly appreciated. He told me the job would take "most of the day" and couldn't give me a final price. "Most of the day", including the "Big Deal" would have calculated to quite a bit more money than usual. The average power wash takes 1/2 day at most and, although Larry did tell me that he does work more slowly and carefully than most, it made me uncomfortable. Because I was taking care of this transaction from afar, I then contacted my mother's roofer (Tiger Team Roofing who is on Angie's list) and got a recommendation from them. No hard feelings, I just thought the price was going to be too high and I like a firm price commitment.

Description of Work: Mr. Seebach phoned me the same day I purchased the Big Deal. I told him I'd phone him sometime in late February or early March to set up an appointment. He phoned me again around December 10th or so and said he had time to fit me in - but I told him again I'd phone him for an appointment when I was ready. He was pleasant enough, however I've decided to hire someone who can do more of the projects I need to have done in a broader range of categories. I've looked up "handyman" & "general contractors" on Angie's List and I'm delighted with the number of outstanding people available. Angie's List is fabulous ! Outstanding quality of service. Description of Work: We hired this company for wallpaper removal. The appointment took a while to get made as the response to his ad was overwhelming. Brain arrived on-time and worked the whole day taking few breaks. He did a wonderful job and we were pleased. We would use them again.
