Description of Work: I hired them to paint 2 rooms in my condo, which included one wall that had mirrors I took down and needed patching before painting . They arrived on time, Larry himself met the crew in the morning. The work was done on time and very neat. I had an issue with the wall that they patched - the paint peeled off in a few places within a few days. Larry himself came back and repaired and repainted the wall. |As I said, their work was very neat - no splatters or runs, and very sharp edges. Would definitely recommend and when I need painting in the future, they are the ones I will call.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 8 hours of painting. I wanted a small bathroom and a laundry room painted. Keep in mind the laundry room is 70% cabinets. Not a lot of wall space. He never expressed concerns about completing both rooms so I was really disappointed when neither room was 100% done. I've had more rooms painted in less than 8 hours so I never assumed there would be an issue. The laundry room was full of skips/streaks. I had to eventually hire someone else to finish the job. Larry was responsive and pleasant to deal with but I was disappointed by the painter himself.

Description of Work: Larry (the owner) was very professional and responsive. His painter did good work, and the only reason I gave him a B on quality is because I had a full, written list of things for him to do--but he left early and left one task undone. But other than that I would recommend Larry and his crew.

 + -1 moreLarry was able to get to my job a day earlier than he had originally planned, knowing that I needed to get the job done for the client. Larry asked if he could show up early as he likes to get on the job and get as much done in a day as he can. Much better than most contractors, that I have dealt with here , in south Florida. Where a lot of subs want to start on your project around 9 or 10 in the morning, telling you that they will be there first thing in the morning, Larry beat me to the job every day. I think he was there at O'Dark thirty. Larry came in, set up, got him self ready and was putting paint down by 7 every day. His cut in was great and this was a difficult job with the texture the client had picked. Very clean lines between ceiling and walls, being two different colors. Larry is a true professional and takes pride in his work, you can tell he has been doing this for quite sometime. I have been general contracting for thirty years and I have a pretty good idea of good and bad subs and just people in general. My clients are mostly what you would call "upper end", Larry did the job for a "working mans" price. Basically, Larry comes in and gets the job done, cleans up every night, won't hang you up to go do something else, is very professional in all aspects of the job. He was in and out in record time doing an excellent job for a VERY picky client. Because of this job, I have more work in south Florida, Larry is now my Painter. Oh, and he's a nice guy too. Thanks Larry, look forward to doin' business with you in the future.
Description of Work: Called Larry for a bid on painting ceiling and walls of kitchen, dining area, and living room on a remodel that I am involved with. Larry was in the middle of a job but took the call and came by later in the day when he was finished for the day to look at the job and give me a bid. I could tell that Larry was a professional from the start. He came with color samples, had pertinent questions and suggestions. Larry then gave me a bid on the spot after getting a clear understanding of the scope of the job, both for him and me. The job was to 2 coat ceiling and walls, Larry would provide the paint (a brand that we both agreed upon). We agreed on a price and Larry gave me date and time that he could start.
