JM Flooring

This was a horrible and expensive flooring job. We had the flooring installed the summer of 2018. In May 2019 the flooring started to come up and shift. Shawn came to the house and took photos and videos to submit to the manufacturer. It seemed like they were genuinely concerned about the problem. Fast forward to January of 2020, they came out and replaced the living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway. The installer said that no vapor barrier was installed originally and it was a problem. February 2020, I took a day off from work for them to complete the job. No one showed up. I called them only to learn that they were not coming. March 2020, they came to complete the job. One of the bedrooms had water under the flooring. I made it clear to Shawn that we were willing to cover the cost of the test for the slab and any extra work that had to be done. June 2020 no word hear from them again. Multiple messages left. I even tried to go to their office which is an apartment complex in Boca. Do not hire this company. I am now looking at paying $3,000 to have to job completed and no company wants to touch the job because they do not want to be liable for the original job.
