JL Closets

We hired JL Closets to help us provide us with closets for 5 closets in a new home we purchased for our new home. We've had many vendors come through to work in the home and JL's installers were by far the most inexperienced and unqualified. The installers moved extremely slow and it was common for them to have to "go back to the office" for something they forgot. Worse then that though they repeatedly mismeasured our spaces causing materials to have to be reordered adding months to the project. In total they had to come back onsite 18 different times. We ordered an LED lighting package for our primary close this is completely defective and doesn't work. We also ordered matte black fixtures for an additional charge but were provided with standard chrome fixtures. We also ordered and were charged for magnetic locks which were never provided. In total we were charged for over $5000 in materials not provided or are defective. We asked them for a credit against our final $4000 and they counter offered with a $1000 and now have an attorney threatening to place a lien against our home. My advise would be to stay away from JL Closets. We worked with Closet Factory in the past and while they'll quote a longer lead time they'll actually get the job completed in a professional manner.

We absolutely love the work, and our closet is exactly what we wanted. Easy process with plenty of room to add input on the plan details. Great experience all around.

We have used JL Closets twice now and they will continue to be our first choice for built ins. They designed and installed our garage last year. This year they helped us tackle our master closet, two linen closets and 3 kids bedroom closets. They all had a unique design and they look awesome.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. The installers were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. They even cleaned up after themselves which is HUGE! The company uses high quality materials, and reasonably priced. Not to mention my closet looks stunning. I am in love. I will be recommending them to everyone!

I am very happy with our master closet from JL Closets. They created a design that maximized all of the space and our designer helped us envision how it would look when finished. She was very knowledgeable about the products and we really enjoyed working with her. The team that installed the closet was very professional and did a great job with the installation.
